Growing Concern

I've been using this company for years now. They're convenient and Veronica was nice, but the end result is terrible. They prescribe a monthly/annual fertilizer and weeding program, and whether you get results or not, they don't assume any responsibility. I called to complain the other day and told them my lawn looks terrible, despite how much I am paying. The representative told me he'd have one of his knowledgeable workers contact me, to make an appointment and come and see what's happening. I asked him why they weren't more proactive, and let me know that whatever they're doing isn't working. Not their job, and he told me that unfortunately not all of the workers are qualified to diagnose and treat problems. Nice guy showed up today--no call or appointment--and said he recommended changing the sprinkler system and/or digging up the grass and replacing the soil. He said it was probably one of those things or the hear. Nothing definitive. I don't know what I've been paying for. Its not their services, of course, that's the issue. Must be something I'm doing, despite them never flagging this. Weeds, dry patches, yellow. Nice people, but terrible results and no accountability. I'm looking for a new service provider. I wouldn't use them.

The growing season was approaching and I needed to find a new lawn care provider quickly. I went online and came across The Growing Concern where I entered my requirements. Within minutes I received a call and they agreed to meet in just a few hours after. Needless to say, I was very impressed with their response time and they arrived right when they said they would. They are now our new lawn care company. I don't know what I would have done without. I would definitely recommend them to others searching for lawn care providers.

I finally found someone to come and do what I needed done with my yard!!! They were wonderful!! Not only did they trim back trees ,scrub brush,hedges,& pampas grass, but they LISTENED to me when I explained what I wanted done.They gathered all the brush and took everything to the dump.They are professional and fast workers.
