I went in there and had a minor inconvenience, but with the help of Carlos and Jen they were able to help me out so I was able to walk away with good product! Very good customer service will return again for simple gesture that made my day.

liked their product by there taxs are outrageous what they charge in tax is what they make up on their discounted sales 18.5% in tax is ridiculous. Dude really said we charge high taxes because out business is actually "legit".

drove 800 miles one way and was shown a product in a pod needing a separate pod battery. I was told by Adan the battery came with the pod for free. I bought the pod expecting to get a free battery. Nope. I got home with a pod and no battery for the pod. I called and left a voice mail during normal business hours. I asked for a return call to know if they could ship me the battery in the mail. I waited 2 days for a call. No call. I had to buy a battery for $35 to use a pod sold with a free battery. Don't go here and have it happen to you. They don't care I drove 800 miles one way. They don't care I had to buy a battery for a product they should have given me for free. Just go to Las Cruces and to R. Greenleaf. But not here
