Grandy's

Everything is delicious here. I love their pot roast, or chicken fried steak. Everything else on the menu is good as well. I just mentioned my top two favorite meals. The cinnamon rolls with nuts are good too. I love this place.

I ordered brunch through the drive-through. I asked for a modification on my breakfast and they handled that with ease . The service was very quick and the portions were good. I did not go into the restaurant so I not sure about the ambience. I have eaten this restaurant before and it's always very clean.

Grandy's has changed in the last 30 years for sure. The chicken fried chicken looks pre-packaged now. The gravy was white and missing a little salt imo. The corn was corny-ish. The yeast roll was already cold after going back to get iced tea before eating. Good tea. The counter lady was very nice.

This is the ONLY place I will eat chicken fried steak from. It has light breading and not a thick layer of breading like other places. I don't bite into nerve or fatty pieces. Everything is good at Grandy's and has been around for a long time. Mmm I want some now.

The food was awful, worse than fast food. The chicken fried steak was dry and flavorless. The service was friendly., though.

I will start by honestly explaining that the food here is really good. The morning biscuits and gravy with sausage is phenomenal. However, the service is absolutely awful. 4/5 times my order is wrong. Usually, it is not a big deal because usually it is a side item that is changed, but the final straw came a month ago when I not only received the wrong sides for one meal but an entirely wrong meal for another. The issue is that I paid double what I received. To make matters worse, I live in the northeast, a 35 minute drive from the restaurant. Of course, I called when I realized their mistake, and I was told that I could come back in at any time to receive my correct order despite me asking just to have the difference refunded. The next day I decided to get the meal I paid for. However, the staff said it was not in the book and that the manager would not be in until the next day, so I waited and called the following day. I spent twenty minutes on the phone explaining the situation and how I had paid for something I did not receive, and the manager only gave the excuse that the person I spoke with did not write down my name even though I had my order number with a receipt and the incorrect order they gave me. This can only be considered as theft, and I will not be supporting this business any longer.

The food was cold and had no flavor. The floor was sticky and it felt very stuffy in the dining room.

The menu prices are wrong so expect your order to be twice as much as it usually is, Aliyah D was very rude and impatient after I asked why is it so expensive she replied very rudely saying it's the managers fault, the burritos say $1.09 on their menu an it looks like we were charged for an extra three burritos and my $5 drink was basically just ice with a little bit of soda, very disappointing if you don't like the food industry stay out of it if you can't manage it!

Drove 15 minutes to get a to go to Grandy's for the first time in 2 years and every order meal was incorrect. Bag was tightened so we did not check. There were no cars in parking lot, so it was VERY slow at the time and did not think that since it was so slow they would mess up every order. Sides were incorrect and on the kids meal we asked for a drumstick and received nuggets. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND IT WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME, THAT IS EXACTLY WHY WE STOPPED GOING.
