Grace Gardens Event Center

It's been almost ten months since my sister's wedding and our loved ones are still talking about how gorgeous it was. I'll be honest that there were a few speed bumps with the changing of the wedding planners and some details falling through the cracks, but damn did they knock it out of park when push comes to shove and their team made sure the day of was everything we planned since first booking.Grace Gardens is an absolute gorgeous venue and my family was able to secure the 4th of July weekend in 2019 due to a last minute cancellation (granted this last minute cancellation was like 12 months in advance). Their loss, our gain lol.We reserved the grand ballroom which is a perfect blank canvas to transform any occasion to your needs. Everytime I flew into town to go in with my family for updates, etc., they definitely take event planning serious.Here's some things to keep in mind:-You can rent glassware directly from them or bring in your own-You can bring in your own dessert vendors (as long as it's something that they cannot offer)-They have a beautiful room where you can build out your table settings. You can select platings, table clothes, linens, style of chairs, and SO MUCH MORE-They have direct contacts for florals and they'll make sure they're setup for you.-Rent out the patio seating. It serious elevates the mood.- They have some beautiful scenery props you can rent out and utilize. Such as the floating candle wall and white orchid trees.-Hiring bartenders and staff is SO REASONABLE. $100 per bartender for event.-You can supply your own LIQUOR for the bar #WINNINGThe day of logistics and service from the Grace Garden team was outstanding and everything went along so amazing.From the cocktail hour in the reception featuring various horderves and beverages (we were allowed to bring in a string quartet) to the custom gobo we had for our sister and BIL made which they happily placed on the dance floor.The grand ballroom is a dream and seriously the staff throughout the evening was surreal. I highly recommend this venue. Beautiful views, quality service, expert staff, and most importantly the creation of priceless memories.I'm certain I'm missing so much more but just know that they really are a 5 star venue space.

I was helping my sister plan her wedding and we called this venue ahead of time to check if they were LGBTQIA+ inclusive. They said yes, so my sister and her fiancé took time out of their day and drove hours to this venue, to only be brushed off and told that the owner "doesn't support their kind." The disregard for my family's time, disrespectful "othering" of my my family as a different "kind," and lack of empathy or care when discussing their exclusion from this venue based on them being lesbian was heart breaking and another trauma experience for them to add to their life. Don't say you support it, then turn around and say you don't. Don't support this venue or owner I'm sure we're not the only ones that have experienced this with them.

We called ahead of time to ask screening questions about our ceremony and reception. We spoke to Arlene who is apparently untrained and unaware of how the events go l, and how the property run.We came to view the property and we didn't even make it past the front office. The staff who was supposed to show us around apparently had another appointment and couldn't take care of us. Once we finally settled in after waiting, we were told that they don't do "our kind" of ceremonies. It's 2023, how embarrassing. They asked if we still wanted to see the property for the reception. Seriously? Lmao I'll take my gay $$$$ elsewhere

My wife and I attended a formal Valentine's Day dance held at this location where Rhapsody, a local grou, played a variety of entertaining music.. We both were amazed at how beautiful the interior was decorated. The large interior has large chandeliers and all the tables were beautifully decorated with tablecloths and silverware. The meal was served hot and our drink glasses were never empt. Needless to say, although the place got full, there was plenty of food and drink and all got the proper attention.

BLOWN AWAY! We had our daughter's Winter Wonderland Quinceanera at Grace Gardens November 2019 and we were so impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. They were able to not only able to execute our vision for our daughter's special day... they surpassed it. It was convenient having everything available at the venue so that we did not have to deal with multiple vendors. The day was STRESS FREE because we did not have to deal with the minute details because Grace Gardens took care of everything. We had so many compliments on our event and a lot of that credit goes to Grace Gardens.So if you are looking to have a beautiful event, where every detail of your event is planned and taken care of so that you can actually enjoy your special day, then we highly recommend Grace Gardens for your event. The sound system was absolutely terrible. I can't believe that would pass in an event center. So staticky and muffled we couldn't understand the wedding speeches and the music sounded terrible. It was incredibly loud on top of that. Door to the kitchen needs a soft close; every time the staff came out it slammed and interrupted what was going on. Multiple exits were locked which seems unsafe. The commons area is small and needs more seating and smells like sewer. Aside from all of those things the terrible sound system would keep me from ever booking this place.

Abby was such an amazing coordinator!She was Patient, Kind and was very attentive!this venue left my husband and I super satisfied!Our guests loved our wedding and kepton completing the decorations, food and how smoothly everything went

This the the best Event Center to have any or all events, for the location and the view on site it is relaxing and fun

Maria and DJ Frank and all the team at Grace Gardens Event Center are incredible! Everything ran so smoothly. Maria was always available to chat prior to our daughter's Quince and helped us with everything. Maria is very professional, available, flexible and very organized. Maria, I couldn't thank you enough for making my daughter's special day such a breeze. Thank you for all the extra effort and the added touches that you've done to make everything come together. We really really really appreciate everything that you've done for us. DJ Frank was very thoughtful and professional in his planning and collaboration with us prior to the Quince. Frank kept everyone on the floor the entire night. He made our event so fun. Our guests could not stop talking about how much fun the Quince was and how they had such a great time. The ballroom looked amazing! The food was delicious, everything was perfect. You are all amazing and I wish you all success and awesome projects and events in the future. Would not plan my wedding for this place after attending an event here. Security is extremely irritating and the bartenders are slow as molasses and don't offer much options at all
