As we come up on our two year anniversary of our wedding we realized that the only part that wasn't great was the photographer. As we are out of state, our relatives found this guy. What he promised and what were delivered were two very different things. When he was asked to take certain photos that we wanted, such as a few pics of the bridesmaids getting ready, he replied "I'm busy right now", as he continued to take photos of the dessert table.What photos we got were mediocre at best. Thank god we had a few people at the party who we're savvy with a camera. The photos we got from our friends were better than the ones he took by far.The leather bound album that he promised for an extra $1000 dollars never showed up. Instead, he offered up a blown up photo of the two of us mounted on foam that I could probably get at staples for $35 bucks. One can look at the photos that he has posted on yelp and/or his website look great, he obviously has some talent but I feel that if he's not into it, his work is poor. During the wedding he was somewhat unpleasant and obviously didn't want to be there.The bottom line is that we paid this guy thousands of dollars for a CD full of photos that a teenager could do with a Canon Rebel.I'm response to the photographers comment, it was the Johnston/Byrd Wedding on 10/07/17 in Las Cruces NM. Gonzales Photography is outstanding to say the least!Never fails to amaze me how much talent this photographer has. He goes above and beyond my expectations every time. All my friends that have seen his work have given him raving reviews. Very professional, polite, very easy to work with, on-time and prices are more than fair for the amount of talent and hard work that goes into the final product. Get your photos done by him, I highly recommend him.

Again Ryan Gonzales of Gonzales Photography did an amazing job for my oldest son's graduation photos. We were so please with how they came out. Now Gonzales Photography will be doing my engagement and wedding photos. So excited!!
