I would not recommend this business if you want quality work done. I had to give at a star to start this review because this company really deserves a no star rating.I had a leaking bath tub faucet. The company did respond to my home in a timely manner as I recall. This is the only thing this company did as expected. Ok now let me discuss why am disappointed with this business.1.After completion of there work this company reversed hot/ cold water control.2. The shower does not shut off when I switch to the water for the bath tub only.3. The company bought caulking that I paid for and did not use the caulking to seal the area where the caulking meets the wall. I wound up caulking the area myself4. The company did not clean up after completion of the work. My bath tub was left in a total mess.5. it took 3 days t work on my faucet and this company still did a screwed up job.I think the job began on 2-11-24and finished on 11-13. After the job was completed I reached out to the owner and expressed my dissatisfaction. The owner said someone would return on. 12-16 at 12:30 pm to correct the list their screw ups. Of course no one showed up. I contacted the owner and someone showed up at 6 pm( which was too late to do work. I told the owner either give me a refund or I would give his company a bad review. The owner chose to keep my money. I am out $330.PLESE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF.
