Glia's Coffee

Cute lil coffee spot! If there's one thing I know about healthcare is how much we need good coffee readily available to tackle the day. This place couldn't be more available for this area with a plethora of healthcare facilities. Texas Tech, El Paso Children's Hospital, University Medical Center, and possibly others I'm not aware of.Service is super friendly and fast which is also crucial for healthcare lol. We got no time to take breaks from time to time but we needa make sure we get our coffee stat! I was very pleased by their quality coffee as well. I ordered their pistachio latte and am always particular about the size of fluid to shots of espresso. Their hot 12 oz already includes 2 shots which is perfect! And it was delish! I also gave their cream danish a try and i honestly didn't expect to finish the entire thing but it was too good to resist!Im gonna be back for more but I might need to go to their Arizona st location to give their chilaquiles a try! Every drink you order gets this orange flavored short bread cookie which is adorable! Im a sucker for cutesie things lol

I've tried lots of "cereal milk" flavored coffees and drinks, but the one from here blew any other ones away! It's soOoOo good and it actually maintains the fruity pebble flavor. Get it!

Checked out Glia's coffee for the first time and it didn't disappoint. I ordered a 16 oz iced cafe de olla and we had to wait several minutes for them to brew a new batch of coffee. Since it took several minutes the owner (I think ) gave us donuts to make up for the wait. The coffee was delicious and it tasted like the cafe de olla I've had in San Miguel de Allende! The service was great and we will be going back!

Well, we're really picky about coffee. And this can best be described as "not bad." Most coffee shops we go to get 2 stars. We ordered the horchata latte hot, but they gave it to us iced... the first few sips were good, but the blending got worse overtime. (We did mix it a lot). Only one of us liked the cafe de olla, but that's because they really like the taste of coffee. You can slightly taste the hints of cinnamon, but it'd be way better if there were more. We also got the almond butter bagel, and it came with bananas and strawberries, but we think it could've been better with honey and/or cinnamon and/or another slice of fruit, even coconut shavings. Service was ok, they were nice. No complaints. There wasn't really any ambiance, but that's understandable considering it's a food truck. But it would be nice if there were music, and tables if the space allows it.

Great people great coffee! Both locations are awesome, definitely our go to in El Paso. The mazapan and horchata lattes are a must try!
