Friendly knowledgeable staff! Good value on a bike rental. We loved that it's a family bike store. It has a good inventory of bike parts and accessories.

The area around Silver City is incredible for mountain biking. Your first stop should be Gila Hike and Bike. The people withered are very friendly and your best resource for finding great trails and having a great experience.The shop is full service and they have tons of replacement parts if needed.They're an authorized Trek dealer as well as other boutique brands.

Andrew was very friendly and helpful. While not a huge selection of hiking gear, they had what we needed, the service more than made up for the modest number of stocked items.

I'm a hiker, not a biker. The first time I stopped in was to look at maps and my impression was that they did not have much hiking stuff. The second time I went in a couple of weeks later I needed to replace a broken water filter. The staff was super helpful and directed me to all of the areas in the store with hiking and backpacking gear. Their merchandise is top quality and staff is highly knowlegable about their products. They even special ordered a couple of items for me that would fit me better that what they had in stock. Yes, they are strong in the bike department and they also are strong in the hiking department. Highly recommend.

This small, cramped bike shop suffers from a severe case of if-you-don't-look-like-you-can-do-a-century-ride-I'm-not-waiting-on-you-itis. I stood patiently with items that I wanted to and intended to buy, while the guy behind the counter shot the breeze with some biker who was not in fact buying anything. After being ignored for about 10 minutes, I put down my intended purchase and left the store.

Good place to get a variety of things. Helpful. A local shop and I'd go back.

These guys are AWESOME!! We came here for the Tour of the Gila and had a bike malfunction. They got us fixed up quickly and were super friendly!!! They even stayed open late this week!! Absolutely a fan!!! This is the place to come for all your bike needs!

I came across this shop while riding the Tour Divide. They helped me with travel logistics regarding a shuttle at the finish and shipping my bike home. I have shipped it before and was very disappointed with that shops care for packing it. But not with these guys. Sensitive parts were handled with care and it was packaged and shipped without any issues. It was a great experience. Highly recommend them for all your hike and bike needs.
