General Services Landscaping and Maintenance

Margret and Diego listen to what we want and get it done. He has worked on sprinklers and tree shrub removal and weekly up keep on lawn. We use them regularly and are happy.

We called General Services Landscape for the purpose of cleaning up our family property that had been neglected for a bit. Diego came out on Saturday & gave us a reasonable price & was able to accommodate our limited timeframe. Diego's motto is "we're not done until you're happy" & was very responsive to our "what about this/that".What we didn't clarify when he originally came out was the cactus. We thought that the quote for the cleanup included the way over-grown cactus, but alas, it didn't. Diego explained after he was done that the cleanup for the cactus was much more work.

I had a leak in my irrigation system, and they came out and promptly fixed it. They also cleaned up my yard. I requested a quote for monthly maintenance going forward and their rates are very reasonable.

Did an amazing job. My yard needed a lot of work and this company has it looking good, and is up keeping it for a very reasonable price.

Diego and sons are dependable, efficient and thorough. I am completely happy with the routine services they provide. I would recommend them to anyone considering a service of this type.

They do not follow through on services correctly. Did not complete services as discussed as per diagram given. Then when we tried to explain to them what they did not do right Diego became threatening, harassing and argumentative. Do not use, they try to get you to write a 5 star review before they do services to get a discount but do not finish serves. Then Diego tries to say we are not paying, we already gave a $300 check. We would pay when his services are not complete. Why demanding payment for a job not done. Do NOT use this service. They erase the negative reviews that tell the truth about their business. God knows who is truthful and who is not. Did not return calls to discuss. Bad business practices.

Diego and his team did such a wonderful job on our irrigation system. We had a leak and they replaced the entire system that had become old and brittle. The rate was very reasonable, and the work was quickly and very professionally done. We also asked Diego to come to a rental that we purchased to explain the irrigation system over there. He did so and explained the system to us. He charged nothing for this expense of his time. I highly recommend General Services Landscaping and Maintenance. If we ever need this service again. we will definitely call Diego.

The owner came to my house and fixed my irrigation system in 10 minutes. He was so wonderful I hired him to work on both of my houses. Honest and hard working company!!

I was very pleased with the service provided. Margaret, who took my initial phone call, was gracious, informative, and helpful. When Diego visited to assess my landscaping, he observed and listened carefully, and he scheduled the work for only two days later. On the day of the job, he arrived precisely on time. He completed the considerable amount of trimming and sprinkler repair promptly, correctly, courteously, and for the agreed-upon charge. I would certainly call upon him again for future landscaping projects.

Started out great, but then not reliable. They were good when they came and then just disappeared. Their website has been suspended.
