Food was very delicious. We had the enchilada plate and added a tamale. Unfortunately the tamale on this day was over cooked and dry once it was removed from the husk. Service was slow and not very attentive to the customers. Refills were not offered during our visit. The place was not busy during our visit so we hope it was just a bad day. We will give this place another chance to see if we find the service to be better on our next visit.

Would've rated them 5 stars a year or two ago. Now the place is starting to go down hill in a hurry. Prices are even higher, when they were already on the pricey side. Seems like they water down their salsa now to get more volume. Enchiladas were still tasty and even with it being packed, we got seated quick and had good service.

Completely unimpressed with Garely's, wife and her coworkers raved about this place. Family and I all left there with a "what the hell was that" feeling. Food is way overpriced and food is totally bland. Taco salad was like a soup in a shell, burritos were half filled with flavorless meat, enchiladas were cold and just nasty. We ask for the check, be ready it comes with an automatic surcharge fee. So you don't just get screwed with expensive crappy food, now you get charged just for walking into the restaurant! Avoid this place!

I visit Odessa every few months and always make sure to eat here at least once while I am in town. I've had the enchiladas, pechuga Garley's, chilaquiles montados, and churro cake. Every time I try something new here, it is better than the last dish. And if you are lucky to get Giovanna as your server, she is amazing and has the best recommendations.

Certainly not worth the price. The Margaritas were alcohol free until we complained and then got some with tequila. I ask the server if the Chili Rellenos were beef and he explained that there were only cheese. I decided on enchiladas and a taco w/ rice and beans since I try not to eat much cheese. Soon, I had a steaming plate of chili rellenos in front of me. I was surprised and hopefully ask if these were beef. Unfortunately, no. I said I really don't want all this cheese, and that I had ordered the enchiladas because there were no beef rellenos. He argued that I had ordered these, but finally took them away and returned in a reasonable amount of time with my enchiladas.I was about 3 bites in when I realized I had been sabotaged. I enjoy spicy food, but this was beyond anything I have ever experienced in my life. I broke out in a sweat and had tears coming out of my eyes and my nose started running. I called the waiter over and complained about the heat and he could clearly see I was in distress, but couldn't contain his amusement. He offered me sour cream. I ask what kind of pepper was used, and guessed it was habanero. "No, we don't use habanero, these are green chilies from New Mexico." (He was still giggling like a little girl.) I wish I had spoken with the manager but it was extremely busy by then and truly I just wanted to get to a glass of milk. I do plan to stop and speak with someone in the next couple of days. I really believe that because we sent the margaritas back and the misunderstanding about the food, someone decided to retaliate and have some fun at my expense.I do have to say that the taco was very good and was spared from whatever demon entered the enchiladas. The almost 2 tablespoons of re-fried beans and small amount of rice didn't do much to satiate my hunger and I did leave the restaurant hungry. My friend wasn't very hungry and only ordered 2 tamales, and both were soaked through with grease. Needless to say, she didn't complain.

Service was good. Speaker/music was loud, difficulty hearing from across the table.Beef fajitas and some soup the guys ordered looked decent.Taco Salad with beef was awful.Tortillas shell half burned and very small compared to other restaurants.The contents were a couple of spoon fulls of vegetables and one of beef, I think. For it was just a mash of cheese, beans and miniscule ground beef. Did not finish it. Company paid. Unlikely to return or order that again.

Worst service ever they completely messed up our drinks and our appetizers .We had to call the attention of our server multiple times and on top of that we were over charged for our drinks and appetizers we paid close to 100 dollars for the drinks and appetizers.I do not recommend this place at all. The service has to improve in order for me to return .The hostess was terrible and we waited over 30 minutes to get sat when there wasn't even a wait .

I don't know what the hype was about the food, I was disappointed. Out of three people, all of us thought it was bland. The table of people next to us, took a few bites, pushed their plates back, and left. Didn't even ask for to go plates either. I won't go back.
