Ganados del Rey cells lamb, pork, and Criollo beef.The lamb and pork is Raised in our area. The Criollo beef is also raised locally, is very flavorful, lower in fat, and is at home in our Southwest climate. They were originally brought over in the 1500s from Spain, and it is excellent heritage beef.They sell at the Las Cruces and Ardovino's farm markets, as well as one or two farm markets in El Paso
