Gabriel's Restaurant & Bar

Definitely give this place a try! It has been around many years and it had been a minute since I had returned. We were a party of 7 and the service was good, food spectacular and ambiance relaxing. Great traditional Mexican dishes. Like grandma would make!

First time at this restaurant and the service and food were phenomenal. I now can understand why there was a 'line' when we arrived and a longer 'line' when we departed. All of the food ordered was delicious and our waiter was an amazing young man that always on top of items being requested etc. The eating area was full of people all enjoying their meal and having a pleasant time. The entire place and bathrooms were very clean. A large parking area is available directly in front.

We hosted our annual Christmas party at Gabriels- anxious to get together with friends after the pandemic. Gabriel's restaurant was a wonderful venue and very hospitable. The wait staff was wonderful and the room was perfect! They had four items on the menu to choose from and allowed us the freedom to have our party games and favors. The food was GREAT and everyone had a marvelous time. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back! Our waitress Veronica was the BEST I've seen at a gathering that large. Thank you Veronica.

This place is fantastic! I guess it's no wonder they're always busy. We came here for breakfast (well, brunch by the time we arrived), and they were packed! There was a wait, but there was just two of us, so we were able to sit in the bar area right away. Our server was WONDERFUL; very helpful and fast. The menu is pretty large and a bit different from other Mexican restaurants in the area (they even had an American breakfast section). I ended up ordering the Huevos Rancheros (eggs on a tortilla in some kind of tomato sauce with extra tortillas on the side, breakfast potatoes, & beans). Next time I'll get it without cheese (i don't think it listed cheese on the menu, but I should just always say no cheese all the time haha). The eggs were cooked perfectly over medium as I requested, and though normally I don't care for the sides, these were too good to skip! The breakfast potatoes were seasoned and cooked so well that I inhaled them, and the beans had a kind of smoky flavor to them. So good! My boyfriend was very happy with his pancakes and sausage. And, everything was very reasonably priced (which is especially awesome right now since inflation is out of control). I can't wait to come back here and try everything on their menu!

This was one of my favorite Mexican restaurants for many years. Unfortunately, it is not what it used to be. I will not be returning because this morning my mother and I experienced an extremely bad situation with our order. After waiting 20 minutes we were told that the item that we ordered was on the breakfast menu and they were going substitute something else from the lunch menu. We decided that we were no longer interested in wasting time. The waitress should have let us know about the delay. Also the waitress told us we would have to pay for eggs to go with the chilaquiles. That's a new one on me. On another occasion we ordered menudo but were told that there were no lemons because they are too expensive. Very strange.After the chilaquiles fiasco we decided to leave and they charged us $6.50 for the coffee that we were drinking waiting for the order. Waiting 20 minutes for a non existent order and still being charged for the coffee. I protested but we were charged for the coffee anyway. That sealed my decision to never return to Gabriel's because of the lack of consideration for THE CUSTOMER!I will certainly relay my experience to anyone who asks me for an opinion on this establishment. Goodbye Gabriel's!!!.

Absolutely love the rice and beans here! Food comes out quick. I came here with my mom for lunch. They have a new lunch special everyday that includes soup. Their fideo soup is delicious with the right amount of spice! Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We visited Gabriel's yesterday afternoon (5/22/22) and checked in with the male host. I excitedly asked if they had any vegetarian options and the gentleman's immediate response was, "you're in the wrong place" in a sarcastic tone of voice and a smirk on his face. Our experience was very unfortunate and it saddens us to know that this particular restaurant is not sensitive to consider the needs of some people. If you are vegetarian, "you don't belong here"is the message we received during our visit.

The variety of plates for lunch and dinner is attractive. The tacos and chile rellenos are great. The dining area is intimate and warm. To-go service is timely. You get a slight discount if you pay in cash.

We moved to Colorado and moved back since 2018. I am not sure why we have not eaten at Gabriel's Cafe! The food was in point and delicious! We also had dessert and got the Apple Pie A La Mode!l! The service was top notch and the waitress was extremely attentive!
