Very nice funeral home in the central El Paso near downtown. My only complaint is that it's mainly street parking, and I had a hard time finding any parking close by in the evening for visitation hours. It was a little better when I went back for funeral service on the following morning. It would've been more convenient if it offered a parking lot, but it's downtown and parking is premium, I'm sure. Interior is very bright and clean looking providing peaceful and serene atmosphere. I happened to use their restroom, and it was very modern, comfortable and clean. I can't speak anything about their staff since I didn't see anyone around when I visited.

In reference to 3938 Montana. Terry Durón the funeral home director . Only interested in your money and adding on bells and whistles. When a service is paid for in advance they disregard and only seek additional funds. My grandmothers insurance covered more than the services cost and they stated they keep those funds to "keep them afloat". If this was a non profit type of business i would understand but you're overpricing every single thing you offer. My grandmothers services were all covered at the restlawn and they still wanted to tack on an additional service at their location. She took care of all of her affairs prior to her departure to avoid any problems or delays and since they're not making any money from pre paid services they have no interest.DO NOT purchase anything additional from them. Flowers, urns, obituary (which they upcharged over 400%). It's $40 at the local paper. Give your business to a local florist instead . No type of sensitivity to the families of loved ones and total disregard for humanity and only a business transaction for them . This applies ESPECIALLY to Terri Duron. At the end of it all when we went to pick up the death certificates she still found a way to squeeze in an extra charge for a priest we didn't even use (my grandpa paid out of pocket for one), leaving us with a balance owed. If I wasn't there to catch it they would have charged my grandfather . I wonder how many other families they do this too on a daily basis all to make their commission . Terry when you are told we don't want flowers , that doesn't mean you ask every family member you encounter about ordering flowers from you . NO means NO. You should work in the car sales industry not a funeral home where atleast some human decency and empathy is required . Also make sure to take a translator if your family member only speaks Spanish as they struggle to properly relay important information that they do not know how to say in Spanish (Terry). This entire thing is a horrible joke . Don't put your families through this take your business elsewhere. And if you use them , DOCUMENT everything and check your bill at the end because they take advantage of mourning families . Shame on all of you .
