The company that only cares about making money and doesn't care about their customers. I've seen it with my own eyes. I had worked there before and trust me they don't give a shit about their customers. Only sell sell sell, sell addons, sell gift cards, sell a 20% customers choice, sell the credit cards, sell members rewards program. Pour customers want to buy what they want and that's it. Associate's are obligated to sell you everything. It's a shame that still are thousands of people still shopping there and getting incorrect orders, not getting packages on time, charging way to much for shipping and on top having to pay for returns If you want to fight to the cause; call and order and tell the representative that you don't want any offers at all. And if you want to ask only for 1 item and get everything else with an additional discount and don't take any offers for the rewards membership. It's all a scam to get more money if you. I bought a pair of New Balance shoes and wanted "free" shipping since the shipping cost $26 (seems overprices). To get "free" shipping, I had to sign up for something that would charge me about $15 a month according to the the fine print that most people wouldn't notice. This is UNETHICAL!! I tried to cancel my order and like others could not cancel it. One more thing. The package arrived sealed but the box was damaged and had been taped together which means it was done by King Size [Rip Off]. At least the shoes fit and weren't worn or damaged. King Size [Rip Off] keep the $26. Lesson learned. I learned not to trust you and will never do business with you again.

Woman Within Catalog shorted me on a order i placed over the phone,on november of last year 2021.some of the order came but 2 items of the order did not.after 3 atemps to recover the 2 items and, woman within hanging up on me 3 times .this day march 11,2022.they said they was right and i was wrong.bottom line is.on this day march 11 2022. will never buy from Woman Within or any of there other catalogs under there umbrella.i do not trust there word.

Places an order 3 months ago and still have not received it. I dont want it now, it hasn't shipped but they keep telling me it cant be canceled even though it has not shipped yet. They said I have to wait to get it THAN return it and I will be charged to send it back...MAKES NO SENCE...

Let tell you my story - I order a pair shoe for my mom - 79.99 plus air shipping 40.98 2-3 days it claimed on there site - order it on Dec 26 it now Jan 02 - firstly they claim they don't ship on saturday or sunday no where on there site states anywhere - secondly I contact DHL and DHL claim they never sent it Fullbeauty never shipped - shipping label was created - but nothing was ever sent - I spent over 130.00 - in addition they are claim they won't provide a refund 35 day after I purchase - because they can't figure out if the item was shipped or not. They literally don't know there head from their ass. Shittiest company deal - don't purchase anything from them - customer useless, management - anyone that works there is useless. With other companies there are willing to send another product if both arrive at the same time - i did the honest thing and return the first one

Bought 4 items, exchanged 2 for bad fit, obnoxious colors, cheap material, bad fabric printing. Kept exchanged items. Both Roamans and Woman Within promised shipping refunds, but only Roamans honored that promise while Woman Within denied it and tried to make it my fault. (Their policy from their website is: "We are happy to process an exchange at no additional shipping expense..."). By making this a separate transaction they can still charge you shipping--they just promise to return it in some complicated way and then they just don't. Phone access was extremely difficult--lots of hangups, sudden transfers, accents, and rudeness. No apologies--ever. One of the items I bought looks like its not holding up well after the first washing. Afraid to wash the others. In my experience you may be lucky the first time, with a relatively trouble-free order, but if you keep shopping there its inevitable you will have a problem. They are hurting their own business by making it so difficult to buy anything there, and sometimes even disturbing (Rudeness, ridiculous amounts of time on the phone, being ripped off and lied to). Coupons have no expiration date on them for a reason! Question: If their clothes were really so great, would they need to resort to bait and switch, deception, over-charging, withholding promised refunds and reduced access to make enough money? Hmmm. The pictures are beautiful but the experience is ugly. Here's a thought--go to a thrift store-you'll find a lot of their clothes there.

Terrible. Catherines was a great store at one time that I frequented. Since they are online and merged with FullBeauty, I advise everyone to not shop from them. I ordered a black and white blouse and signed up for a Catherines credit card. What I received in the mail was a full length, bright green, velvet robe. I called and had a hard time understanding the agents and they were confused by me. It is not easy and very frustrating when a person on the other line is just doing their job from overseas. I get it that it's not their fault. It is this awful company's fault. Long story short, I had to wait for their return label to come in the mail and then I'd be refunded/credit on my card. This was done. The latest statement is telling me I owe more than what was originally paid because they added a late fee. I now owe for something that a mistake on Catherines' end. I am disputing this, but the hassle of talking and being transferred to may agents (some playing games telling me they could not hear me), my blood pressure is through the roof. I will never shop through any fullbeauty stores again.

Absolute worst customer service. I ordered from them in 4/2021. Received someone else's order 5/21. I was told I would have a full refund. So far they refunded $9.82 and $7.50 - I'm still owed $14.32 and get nothing but a run around after NUMEROUS phone calls- transferred numerous times to other people who can't help me. Its been over 2 months and they say they refunded my money back to my account which is untrue! STILL WAITING ON THAT REFUND. Forget about exchanges. They don't do exchanges. They process it as a return, deducting the return shipping charge from the credit(which takes 10 weeks). Then they will make a new purchase without using either the original promo code or the currant promo code or the promo code included on the exchange form filled in the blank for "Promo Code". If the item is on sale, they will still charge full price, plus new shipping charges. Never again.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Placed an order on the phone, they shipped to my old address, then kept hanging up on me when I tried to get it corrected. I finally got a person on the phone and was told it was a web order. I have the phone records to prove it was placed on the phone which makes me believe their records were altered. I was also told I would be expected to pay for the order they shipped to the wrong address. I have been a customer for many years and now I will think twice before ordering from them again.Kathy F
