The most terrible airline experience ever. Checked in 24 hours in advance, was unable to access my boarding pass, airport agent couldn't help. After complaining for an hour finally got a rebooking at no cost. Went to check in for that only to find out that since I have a connecting flight, I have to pay for my carry on twice. An extra $80 now, if I wait till the airport an extra $120. NEVER EVER flying Frontier again. EVER!!!

I thought frontier airlines would be more than it is. So far this airline has disappointed me with all of the hidden fees. I just got my luggage down to three days in a carry-on and now had to pay for a carry on! Come on, PAY for a carry on! I do like the staff and the the seats are a fair size. If you do not pay for a window or an aisle seat, you will be assigned a middle seat.
