What appeared to be a good and reasonably-priced service, turned into a disaster. Do not trust this business. I was sold a defective radiator that barely lasted a year. When I began to notice problems with a broken seal (less than a year after purchase), I spoke to a service team member and he blatantly told me that they had previously experienced problems with this radiator model. He however did not offer to replace it nor refund my money. A few months later, my radiator cracked and they are now telling me they will not honor the one-year warranty. This is a terrible way to run a business. I would give them and "F" rating and warn others to do your research and explore several other options before using this business.

Coming from Alamogordo to El Paso Tx I noticed a noise coming from my van after I parked, not knowing what it could be I called my brother for advice. He looked it over and said that the radiator was leaking and the fan was not working. He recommended that I take my van to Frontera Radiators that they would fix it. I thought I had to make an appointment , like everything else but when I called they told me to bring my vehicle in that they would work on it right away. This was early in the morning. Brian and staff checked it out then later called me with a quote. Brian called me and told me what was wrong with the radiator and fan. Ultimatley my radiador and fan had to be replaced because they were beyond repair. The fan was broken in two pieces and the radiator was leaking, it got damaged when the fan broke. Brian said they could fix it and have it ready that same day, which they did. I was pretty amazed at how efficient they were and courteous. I truly recommend Frontera Radiators for their professionalism. Thank you my brother (Jose Gomez)!!!

I would never buy from them anymore. I've done it many times and it is always a problem with their warranty. Last time I even had my receipt because they said I not even was on their system.

I had to take my vehicle back twice for AC svc. They would "fix it" and after 2 hrs of picking up it would blow hot air again. So I decided that instead of wasting my time, I would take my business somewhere else where they can do it right the first time.

If u don't have a big business, watch out, these guys are shady! Different quotes from different employees. Forget them!

The purchases were made in 2014 &15 for a 2000 BMW 740iL, 2000 BMW 528i and a 2003 BMW 530i. I was asked and did purchase lifetime warranties at an additional cost of $6 each. It seems that a lifetime warranty is worthless at Frontera, the radiator for the 740il started leaking after the top hose cracked and broke 24 months after the purchase. I took the product back and the manager on Chelsea stated that the radiator would have leaked sooner if it were a manufacturing problem. So I asked why do you sale a lifetime warranty, He stated that he would not honor the warranty and walked away. I'll never purchase anything from this company again. Their lifetime warranty is the equivalence of no warranty at all.
