Great showroom and knowledgeable staff. Tons to look at from mid to high range than you're not just going to find anyplace. Check them out if you're looking for the "special piece".

Cool selection, however they don't list the prices for any guns in store, so if you want a price you have to ask whoever is working there which is super weird & tells me they probably charge too much. The owner was friendly enough

It's always a pleasant experience in this shop. I have shopped all of the gun stores in the city. This place has always treated me better than any other. This is the only place that really talks to you and provides what you need to make a better-informed decision when making a purchase. I have bought several firearms from them and will continue to do so. Be patient with them as they are currently expanding.

!! BUYER BEWARE !! I had been a customer of this company for since 2021. I have purchased 4 guns from them along with accessories and ammo totaling more than $5,000. Saturday I purchased a $700 light/laser combo for one of my handguns, along with more ammo. When I got home I found that the mount on the light/laser was too long for my rail. It butted up against the trigger guard.Today, 2 days later, I went to the store to return it and to find something else that would work. I had not installed the batteries, and all of the original packaging was in the same new condition that it was when I left the store. I was then told that they did not take returns. The cashier who had sold me the light/laser was the same woman who is now telling me they won't take it back or exchange it. She referred me to a sign on the cash register which stated, "No returns."However; each time I have made a purchase in this store, I have completed the transaction at the glass gun case where the cash register sits. The register is located to the far right edge of this case and you can't see the sign when you are tendering your payment and /or signing the receipt on top of the glass. If you have been to this store, you have seen this and understand what I am saying. During all of my purchases at this store, I have never known or been told about this policy.I like to buy local in El Paso! I thought I had found a good firearms dealer and I have been a loyal customer. I don't shop at Dick's, Amazon, or other large national chains, even though their prices are lower. I am 64 and I guess I prefer to do business the old-fashioned way - trusting a vendor to do what is right. This store DOES NOT! It is sad to me because they have just lost a good customer and not only me, but all of the gun owners I know. Word of mouth is still the best advertising around. It is also the quickest way to lose current and potential customers.I really wish they had made this right. Now I have to find somewhere else ...

STAY AWAY!! Those of you that live in El Paso, head further West. This place looks good from the outside...its a horror story underneath. They'll answer the business line with crying kids in the background while at home...if they answer at all. If you have any type of Customer Service issue, expect to get yelled and cursed at. They have zero accountability and even his own employees will tell you all their products are priced over industry standard.
