Horrible management. Old facility. Need to be torn down and rebuilt. With COMPLETELY new staff.

We only come here for sports and do not have memberships. The soccer season we just participated was eh. The last three practices there have been only a couple of kids from each team show up vs the dozens from the first days. I think this speaks to what the sports are like here. The outside is grassy but full of stickers so my 3 year old was constantly getting them stuck to her clothes and herself and the lighting outside is terrible but they still held practice in the dark. She didn't quite learn anything, but that's to be expected at this young of an age. I do not think we would do another sport with them as there are other places to go and have more organization and commitment. I would say this location seems to be pretty run down, but I'm not sure how the others look for comparison.

I went this morning to see about becoming a member. The service was fast and friendly. Registration was easy. Then Stephanie took me on a very informative tour of the place. There are classes all day long M-F and a few on the weekend. This location even have racquetball courts. I mentioned setting up a pickleball court on one of the basketball courts and they said they would look into it.

I don't have a membership here, but after my visit yesterday I'm relieved by that. This location looks so beat down. For the price you pay, you deserve a clean and friendly environment. The staff I saw was not very helpful. The first guy didn't even say anything to me, though he was helping someone else, typically they say they'll be with you shortly or something... I was about to leave after waiting almost ten minutes when a lady came out to help. I felt she was a little rude, but maybe she was just having a bad day. I was hoping they'd have a lot more classes for kids, but I was not impressed.

The building and equipment is old and dirty. The place smells. The people are clueless. My daughter was in folklorico there, they had a "performance" today and the teacher told us to show up at 9. We got there early so she wouldn't be late. The teacher didn't show up till 1020. And they dont have to preform till 12:45. AND to top it off it was at the chihuahuas stadium and they werent letting anyone in till 11! While waiting for the teacher at the stadium I called the YMCA and Anna answered. I asked if she knew anything about the performance and she said she didn't know anything, she didn't even know who the teacher was that was supposed to be there. What!? They are very unprofessional, inconsiderate, and unorganized.

Horrible customer service Dania in charge does not follow up with promised callbacks and front staff inefficient with member's paperwork.

Great Produce, great coffee shoppe- free range eggs, fabulous butter, cheese. Worth the trip to Socorro!

lockers mostly broken tiles need a tile cleaner in the mens locker room and steam room nobody cares the vent above the hot tub extremely dirty the worst ymca i have ever been

Youth sports is the reason we go. I have volunteered to coach several seasons, and help other coaches when they can't make it practice. It is an old building but it works. Your employees are overworked and u should expand your staff. For the price I expect a better product. However it has been great for the development of our kids.In closing, you do have coaches that jeopardize the safety of my kids because they think the kids are playing for the NCAA championship. I will decide when it is time to put them in true competitive sports, not you or the coaches you hire. PLEASE CHECK THE RULES ON BASKETBAL..... can you have 3 coaches on the court for 3rd-4th grade? Orange tigers seem to think so. Your staff did nothing so I became very vocal to protect my kids and team. Will do it again if occurs. All of the parents on our team were threatened to be kicked out. Refs and staff and THE OTHER 4 COACHES SEEM TO BE PALS. Even threatened to kick out a grandma.
