I suppose it's time to write a review about Fox Toyota (FYI - this will be also for Fox Lexus as they are co-located), especially after having several vehicles from here. Background: While living in Japan for about 7 years, I was really introduced to the Japanese car market. Of course worldwide you can find a Toyota or Honda etc., but you also have so many other options, and each option gets somewhat diluted. In Japan though, as one would imagine, it is 97% Japanese ONLY branded cars. Fast-forward: I'd come to the conclusion that Toyota (and it's subsidiary Lexus), are THE superior Japanese brand vehicles, and personally, the only ones I'll ever want. In Japan I owned a Toyota Windom (which is a Japanese version of a Lexus GS series), and I owned a Toyota Altezza TRD (the Japanese version of a Lexus IS F-Sport mixed with a Lexus RC). Ok, so from Fox Toyota (Lexus) specifically, I've had a Lexus NX200t F-Sport, Lexus IS300, Toyota 4-Runner SR5, Infiniti QX80 (used), and a brand new 2021 (and this version not ever released until 2021), Toyota Highlander XSE, and lastly a 2022 Toyota Camry XSE. The Highlander's have been around awhile, but the XSE version made its first appearance in 2021. And y'all, it is NICE. I do miss my 4-Runner, but admit the 21 XSE is absolutely checking every block I have available to check. Likewise, the Lexus NX200t F-Sport was spot on as well. That was also bought brand new back in 2017, so I'm sure the newer versions (NX300), are even better. Ooooooo, that red leather Lexus interior though. The facilities are top notch. I don't know if it's a Fox Family thing (they have an Acura dealer as well that opened its doors this year), but the Toyota and Lexus facilities here are very modern, very clean, and very well appointed. Everything about being in the buildings is "nice". I'm always comfortable while being here. The staff is great. I've never had an unpleasant experience, EXCEPT with one guy. Also, take note that above I dropped that random Infiniti QX80 - yea that doesn't fit the mold lol. I had it a total of 3 Months and brought it back. The guy that sold it to me, not dealing with him again. Now it's important to note that I was not mistreated, not at all. But they guy is just bad at his job. Either that, or he has malicious intents and purposely does things wrong, that end up hurting the customer. So he's secretly shady, or he's an idiot - who knows. But they can't all be winners. However, I'm neither shady nor an idiot, so I came back and was linked up with a proper salesman and while I got burned BAD in the Infinti - the silver lining is I was able to get into the '21 Highlander XSE. So it all worked out. And again, never been treated poorly, but some salespersons are just better (or worse), than others. Overall, Fox Family (Toyota and Lexus), got me sorted out. Check out the last few photos of this review: the maintenance / service waiting area is great! So there's a singular maintenance and service area for both your Toyota and Lexus. They have a huge main lobby with comfortable seating, staff present to assist you, and TVs to entertain. There's also a kids zone play area for the young ones. In that main lobby, there's a pretty neat little café. Hot and cold drinks, snacks, little food etc. Very nice touch actually. I'm impressed. Around the corner there's bar like seating. You can eat/drink over here, set up a laptop and do some work, or just hangout away from the main lobby. Tons of outlets, good lighting, clean and modern furniture, and portraits of Foxes. At the end, comfy leather furniture near a nice and modern fireplace. I like it. Lastly, they also have a Parts Department, which is not just parts (or the ordering of), but also a zone that hosts a bunch of really professional, good quality, name brand Toyota and Lexus merchandise. YETI, Adidas, Nike, Callaway Golf and much more. The stuff is really nice - while waiting I actually bought a nice Toyota TRD polo for work lol. Despite having the small TRD logo, it is genuinely a nice enough shirt to tuck in and wear to work, so I grabbed one. Also, really like the hat selection. Maybe I'll be be back for one? I'm going to continue buying Toyota's and Lexus from Fox. I've always (99%) been treated well. I enjoy their facilities. And I truly believe in the quality of Toyota and Lexus as a brand. And that's one of the main points here (though I did ramble a bit), despite what you may or may not think of the folks you encounter at Fox - they have nothing to do with the quality and expert craftsmanship that is Toyota and Lexus, and after all, you're buying the car, not the staff member. And if there are concerns about the service department? So what - go to Firestone then lol. That's what I do!

Absolute WORST customer experience at a car dealership to date!It started with my work order with Manny Hernandez. After a work up was done on getting my car scratch guards fixed at around 0930, he notified me that it would take 2 days to complete and to call them when I was ready to schedule a drop off day. I then try to call him later that morning around 1030 and the Service Dept said I would need to talk to him specifically to schedule a day and that they would have him call me. It's 3pm and still no call from him so I had to call instead. We specifically discussed that I would need to drop it off with him in the morning and that it would need to be 2 weekdays due to the company that is only available those days for a specific workorder. We both even agreed that I would drop it off that following Tuesday morning.Come Tuesday morning, he wasnt there for the day at all and I was turned away completely by the Service department and was told to come back another day. Absolutely NOTHING was done after I came all the way out there for service and was not even offered an apology or explanation for why my scheduled day with Manny was completely invalid at that point.I attempted to call the manager to find out why my scheduled follow up with Manny couldnt be taken care of with anyone else or why I wasnt notified that he wouldn't be there that day. I left two voice messages only to still have no phone call. This is a direct reflection of the poor customer service received. Two days later, I come to drop off the car only for him NOT to be there again, but for some reason, they were able to receive my car this time. I ask why they exception was made this time, and they said Manny would be back any time soon. I literally waited around another 30 mins with no sign of him still due to waiting for Shuttle Services. Then Crystal, the driver, evidently didnt see my name signed up on their list. Instead, another couple who cane and signed up AFTER me was already prioritized with me being taken care of after them. I asked Crystals why and she offered no explanation and barely apologized for not seeing my name on the list.I had to just sit out a lovely ride all the way to Fabens before I can get dropped off to the Northeast of El Paso which was still more in the vicinity from Fox Toyota than Fabens ever will be.THE ABSOLUTE WORST!

I am leaving this review because i bought a used nissan from them and for a 2021 barley had miles on it and it didnt even make it 5k miles (total of 22k) when the check engine light turned on i tried to schedule a service and they wanted to charge me $200 to check it and then still see if the warranty would cover it. I had money problems where i couldnt afford to pay the service fee. Now that i have the money I have been calling them to find out if my nissan still has mfg warranty because its almost to the mile mark/year mark and every time they transfer me to that extension noone answers i leave my call back # and noone calls me back i call back again let them know noone is answering and their customer service sucks and they give you attitude for wanting an answer idk how hard it is to get someone on the damn phone to tell me wtf is going on with my warranty someone fucking call me back!

While waiting for my vehicle and within earshot of employees, they were repeatedly cursing using words like mfer and sh*t. There were children present when this happened. They were also joking around in their open office. Very unprofessional and annoying when having to wait for five hours for my vehicle!!!

Ernest P.I served my country and is 100 percent disabled. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. The Toyota Fox dealership took advantage of me. I don't know what to do at this point. If there is anyone out there that can help me, I would appreciate it. My catalytic Converter and O2 sensor were stolen from my 2007 Toyota Sequoia. I went through my insurance to have the repairs done at Fox Toyota Dealership. The day after the repairs the check engine light came on. I took it back to the dealership and was told to run the vehicle for a while so it can reset self. The check engine light started turning on then off for a few months. Then the check engine started saying on all the time. I had the check engine light checked at AutoZone and O'Reilly. Both places registered the code P0051 recommending that the O2 sensor be replace that Fox Toyota put on. I took diagnostic paperwork from the auto part stores to the dealer requesting that they replace their part. The dealer they refused to check their part until I paid 169.95 for a diagnostic test. I told them it was not fair for me to pay because I still was within a one-year parts and labor warranty. I felt trapped and had to paid for a testing on a part that still under warranty. The Fox Toyota Dealer diagnostic had the same code P0051 O2 sensor. My service writer called me and told me it was not the O2 sensor and there of nothing he could do for me. He said come pickup your vehicle and pay the cashier. When I arrived a different service writer went over my paperwork with me and said it was the O2 sensor. The next day I took the diagnostics testing paperwork from Fox Toyota to another Toyota dealership and they confirmed that the O2 sensor needed placing. I am requesting a refund on diagnostics because the part was still under warranty. Also to replace my O2 sensor that never work properly since the day it was installed.

Took my truck in to have tires rotated and get a new key fob (They estimated 2 hours of work). Arrived at 9am sharp for my appointment. They kept my truck for 3.5hrs. I finally asked Aaron what was taking so long. He told me they were still "working on it". I went into the service lot and found my truck still parked there. They hadn't even taken it into the shop! Never had such terrible service from a Toyota dealer before. All they could say was "sorry". No remedy offered.
