Super professional, extraordinarily friendly and helpful. I went for a tragus piercing back in 2019 but didn't have the right ear shape, so got another helix instead. Wanted an industrial this time but, again, not the right shape. Had an anti-tragus and rook instead and think I like it even better! Jewelry for anti-tragus is large because it sounds like it swells quite a bit. Excellent shop, totally recommend!

Update: I still recommend this place for the reasons below, definitely don't go to those $30 places unless you want an infection or rejected piercing. That being said despite my good experience initially two days later the end fell off just as i was going to sleep. I don't know why the piercer would put it on that loose. I spent the next hour shoving a piercing around my bridge. I ended up having to go back to the larger bar because i was panicking and not able to do the little one on my own. I told them about this and they basically just said "oh no!" They didn't offer for me to come in and get it downsized again for free or anything even though it was 100% their fault it fell off...So at the end of the day i spent like $40 not including tip to get a titanium bar I'm a bit mad but it's still a nice place. The piercer just needs to learn to tighten up the ends and maybe a bit more like. Customer service for when they screw up. I almost lost a piercing I've been healing for 8 months..Also the trauma of that emergency swap could cause rejection later on. I do regret stopping here, especially since I not only spent $50+ for nothing but a bar and piercing trauma but I also gave them some of my best crystal samples thinking they did a good job. If you go here please tell her to screw it on tight. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Amazing! They use titanium, have attended conferences of the Association of professional piercers, use the threadless barbells which is safer and easier on the skin. This is probably the safest and most friendliest piercing studio you can go to in El Paso. It's wild how the most reviewed studios are those studios that have $30 piercings but that's just steal and it's not a safe. Here they use an auto clave they have top quality mask on they do temperature and hand sanitizer once you get in the door. It's only by appointment. They are queer/trans/LGBT friendly. I would recommend them to anyone in El Paso. They make sure you know the price of what you're getting before you get it and are super informative.

Best place for getting piercings! It's a little on the high end price range but it's very much worth it for a great experience. Everyone is super friendly, welcoming and inviting. Everything is explained through out the process and walk ins are available on Tuesdays only. Well worth the money and drive, will be returning for another

The whole team is amazing. Vivi is such an amazing person. She's funny and professional. She takes her time to ensure your piercing will look cute and is sitting right. If I want another piercing I will definitely come back here. My septum piercing looks so cute and was done professionally. Just a perfect experience. Highly recommend coming here

Great experience! I chose this shop because it's El Paso's only PIERCING ONLY shop and I wanted the best. It also makes me happy to support a business owned by a woman. Girl power! I came in to get my second lobe piercings. Not only is the shop cute and clean, the staff is friendly and my piercer Vivi really knows her stuff and makes you feel comfortable. The actual piercings were quick and easy. While I was there I asked about trying to salvage my double forward helix piercings that didn't want to heal after almost 2 years (they were done elsewhere). I was ready to give up on them. Vivi immediately had a solution and downgraded the jewelry size. I'm happy to say they immediately "healed up" and no longer hurt.I will only come here for my future piercings.

Small Town + Small Mentality = Loss of Business. You have to plan your life or needs around being able to walk in to this business on a Tuesday to buy saline solution or new jewelry. Headed to the next closest shop that will fulfill my needs without an appointment.

My wife and I have gotten quite a few piercings over the years and Fox Labyrinth is probably the best shop we've ever been to. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We did have to wait a little longer than we might have at some other places, but when we think about the personal attention and service that we received it totally makes sense why they do get busy and why we had to wait a little bit. Every customer got the same level of attention and care and that was really nice to see. I also have to give them high marks for actually taking the time to really look at what you're asking for and they will let you know if it's not a good idea due to your anatomy. My wife wanted a new daith piercing or a tragus and two folks in the shop really looked at her ears closely and advised that it wasn't a good idea because there wasn't enough cartilage there even though that might mean that we left without getting anything. Not a lot of shops will do that. Fortunately my wife had some other piercings on her wish list so we got a different ear piercing that she is very happy with. They really listened to and helped her get a piercing that she was very happy with.So, yeah. I would definitely recommend Fox Labyrinth to anyone looking for anything piercing related. Their staff really knows their stuff and that's a great thing to see when you're doing something on your body. They do get busy so don't go expecting to be in and out in 20 minutes (although it might happen from time to time), but be assured that the quality of the service, their attention to hygiene, and their willingness to help you get something that you'e happy with is definitely worth it. We were both really impressed with how well run their small shop was and I am positive we'll be back for future piercings down the road.

I came in with no appointment for a piercing check and they accommodated me. They saw me pretty quickly and helped me downsize my posts. They were very nice and the shop is clean and pretty.

Drove an hour and a half to this place because of the reviews only to find out that their jewelry was super expensive. I'm not paying $100 for earrings.

Love them so much, so helpful & beautiful quality jewelry. I'd be going back to them more often if I didn't immediately get pregnant after my first experience! Lol
