So today is Wednesday, a few days after purchasing the Lexus and the brake noise wasn't going away so I had scheduled an appointment at the Fox Lexus service department to check the front brakes. I get there and am promptly greeted by their service advisor. They take the car in and tell me the following - the front brake pads were installed backwards, the front rotors were reversed and there were no shims placed on the brakes.. I was like, are you sure and they said yes sir, the rotors are marked on the inside with an R for right and a L for left and they were installed on opposite sides as were the pads.. To say I was upset is an understatement, my wife and I could have been seriously injured... Kevin had been understanding throughout this ordeal. The worse part is the service manager couldn't even talk to me to reassure me they would get it right this time or apologize... No bueno, no bueno..

I, unlike other customers, did not have a good experience with Fox Acura. I took my vehicle in for an oil change, five point inspection, and tire rotation, I was told my vehicle was ready at about 1:15 and all that was recommended was a new air filter. At approximately 2:30 I am notified my tire is damaged and I need a new tire. Somehow, this was missed during my five point inspection AND tire rotation. I was given multiple stories as to what happened and how it was missed. I spoke to the manager who refused to acknowledge why I was upset over the situation. As I explained to him, it was not about the tire but the fact everyone gave me a different explanation and yet I was expected to believe they serviced my vehicle. I was told "well you didn't catch it either" correct, just like I did not realize I needed a new air filter. That's why I PAY them to catch these things and they somehow miss a gash and the fact I need a whole new tire yet call me to replace the air filter? I informed the manager I would just handle the situation myself and add my experience to their review and survey, his response "well the rest of our reviews speak for themselves". He proceeded to tell me how everyone has a great experience there and again dismissed my situation. When I pick up my vehicle I ask to see the photographs they had of my tire and ask if my tires were rotated, I am again told yes. When I question why my damaged tire is in the exact same spot as originally pictured I am told "oh we only rotated three tires". You rotated my tires and still missed a giant gash and why would you only rotate three? Sadly, they are the only Acura in El Paso. Oh, and lets not forget my work order says all my tires are bad and the red is marked for them. Also it says my left rear tire is damaged (that wasn't the damaged tire). I would double check your vehicle because they are either scam artist or incompetent.

Last Monday, I took an hour from my work day to test drive a 2017 MDX. I thought the vehicle drove excellent and the salesperson was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and its options. I spent most of the time inspecting the vehicle's interior and asking questions. The vehicle had an MSRP of just over $57K (sticker price) as equipped with the Advance Package, the top-of-the line for the 6-pax SUV. Upon returning from the test drive, I spent some more time with the sales person, asked more questions, and informed him that I had to get back to my office and that I would follow up with him later in the day with further instruction.I found the experience after leaving the dealership to be less than satisfactory. I don't understand why it took five days to receive their offer--and then their best offer was full sticker price. This vehicle is aggressively discounted by other Acura dealers. To the dealership's credit, after reading this review, management has agreed to rethink its pricing strategy on my offer and I'm awaiting another deal sheet.

Paige! You just made my point! Has nothing to do with car payment! It has to do with the three cars I have purchased and more importantly We do all of or services at the dealership all oil changes and repairs. We stayed with you guys thru all the changes and the management issues your dealership had! I called and left a message for your manager and no one called me back. Had emergency in Phoenix and they were awesome and asked for no money upfront and gave me a loaner! They went above and beyond!
