Complimentary wine with your services! That's probably one of the most important parts to point out lol. Mostly because if you don't ask, they won't offer it to you neither and you miss out.So not very often I like to give 2 stars. The reason for this is strictly out of services. Aside from their cheap approach at avoiding all their wine stock from being depleted, the staff is blatantly rude and in your face too about it. They think they mask it well because they speak in Vietnamese and you don't understand them. But they don't realize how their obvious stares and gestures towards you make it obvious. You always feel kind off bossed around too when you need to move your feet or hands for their services. I found that the most pleasant experience is if you have an Americanized employee which was only once for me. I went here to have acrylic nails removed too and the lady was rough. She tried to removed them by force to avoid using the shaving tool but really caused me pain. Even after i made it obvious she hurt me, she didn't seem to mind or gestured any apologies. Instead, she makes her way to the back, speaks to her coworker in Viet, and that other person turns her head to look at me. I served it right back to which she noticed and looked away. Just the worst and rudest.The setting is considerably fancy for a nail bar. When I found out that they give complimentary wine, one employee made the comment that that's the reason their name is Fountain Nail Bar. Coulda fooled me.. and did!

Excellent nail salon. Very nice pedicure. We got the PDA it's awesome. Hanna is an amazing pedicurist. We rescheduled for 6 weeks

Women and kids be cautious. Loved my full set and pedicure, BUT I will not go back. There's something weird going on at this place. While I was getting my pedicure everything was fine until we got to the massage portion. Lisa brought over a little stool and placed it next to where she was sitting, then she stood her phone on it. There was a guy on the other end, figured it was a boyfriend or husband maybe. I don't think so. I started to get really uncomfortable when I finally realized she had pointed the camera to my legs/feet and this dude was just WATCHING. Lisa and this guy did not say a single word to each other. He just WATCHED. I felt very weird and like it was very possible and highly likely she could have a side hustle going on. Women and kids, I'd be cautious with this place.

I requested a new set , I asked if we could use my nail stuff that I provided. I was told yes . The woman doing my nails told me the product was not the best i offered solutions to fixing the problem she said no so did the other woman who said I needed to use there product. I said fine she then put the product she showed me away . She said I could leave with out paying. So if they need my info here's my yelp . Vibe meh

Rude rude manager , owner , whoever she is she is so rude . I loved my nail tech Katie so much but when I called and spoke to the manager and told her that the gel polish came off my 3 yr old after taking her a bath she called me a liar. Saying that "moms" lie because it's their babies. I was really nice about it too , I wasn't asking for a refund. Then to top it off they called me back the next day really early and the manager didn't have the decency to tell me her self but had another person tell me that I was not allowed to go with Katie anymore but that if I went I could go with another nail tech. Like really ? How petty is that ? I will never go back there . I went a few times and every time I went I tipped really well and never complained. That was not the first time she was rude either . She told me once that I wasn't to be late to my appointments. I was like ok is this not a walk in nail salon lol. I would call to see if Katie wasn't busy so I could rush over but I never made appointments. She would ask me around what time would I head over and I said 6-630. I was never precise . Then the next time I went with my daughter and husband which was my little one's first time she did not greet me she instead lectured me about "coming on time" but when I paid over 300 dollars that day and tipped over 60 dollars in tip was she soooo nice . My husband was even like is everything ok babe? That's how rude she was . I was a top paying customer but I would rather take my business elsewhere somewhere I'm treated with respect especially if I'm really nice to you . When the person who called and told me I wasn't allowed to go with Katie I told themThat was so wrong that she was basically punishing me for telling her my daughter's gel came off and she called me a liar , that my daughter probably bit it off. I wasn't even asking for a refund or anything. She is almost 4 and does not bite or suck on her fingers . I told her I loved Katie and she told me the manager even told Katie that I was complaining about her work. Which is a total lie !! The girl who called me said she felt very uncomfortable having to call me and tell me this that I was really nice . The manager , She's an evil woman. Definitely not a business person who knows how to treat high paying clients or any client for that matter . Learn some respect , learn to run a business and not run clients away AND LEARN TO TREAT PEOPLE WITH KINDNESS!!! If I could give 0 stars I would .

New around El Paso and we decided to try this place out, walked in it immediately felt intense, customer service was really bad! Immediately make you enter your personal information on a kiosk the lady got mad because we didn't want to enter all are info like this is a nail salon not the DMV. Got pedis starting at 39$ they are pushy to get the 50$ or 90$ services not very relaxing! All 3 of us that went we were suppose to get nails done. 1 of my daughters was with nail tech getting nails her being an adult she never considered to tell me the price for my daughter nails when she already had design. I was done with my pedi I walk over there and asked her how much were her nails rudely says can you wait I'm doing the design so I tell her no I need to know price because you never told me price or told my daughter you just went ahead and did as you wanted. The nails looked nothing like the picture my daughter showed her. My bill was 212$ so be ready to pay also 5$ sum charge if you pay card. This was 2 pedicures and 100 sum for nails. It was the worst experience not a relaxing place I left more stress then anything! Go to another salon where they will charge you 55-65$ instead for the same nails and design probably more relaxing with not such an intense vibe and what you actually ask for.

I have come on 2 different occasions to get serviced and I came as a walk in both times. The quality of service i received was immaculate, I got a fill on a nail set done by someone else and Melissa actually made them look a million times better. I went today to get a cbd pedicure and the women who did my feet (i forgot to get her name) but she did not make me feel insecure in any way of my feet like other nail salons have. I highly recommend this nail salon.

Alva is phenomenal! She always matches what we ask for. Highly recommend her. The salon is convenient to places to eat as well and easy access from the gateway.

Alva was so amazing. It was myFirst experience at this nail salon and I got the GelX nails. I have never had those either and she did a fantastic job explaining everything to me. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed during my appointment and she was super friendly. The salon was beautiful inside and the smell was not overpowering. Everything was so clean! She was very detail oriented and provided an amazing service. I will definitely be back and booking my next appointment with her.

Read all the reviews re how rude and aggressive they are-they're not lying. Do yourself a favor-skip the drama.
