Lots of great books to choose from. Slightly pricey for being a thrift store, but understandable as the funds support the military families. Staff is friendly and helpful; easy to find...just follow the signs:)

This is a hidden gem! I have never in my life thrifted, but when we moved to the Bliss area I wanted to check out this thrift store. I was so glad that I did! They have wonderful sales, staff, and are very well organized. I'm truly not a thrifter as I stated above, but I have found so many great items here for my little boys. I love that the majority of merchandise/inventory here is from other military families on the move, outgrowing, downsizing, etc. It is well worth a visit and perfect if your kiddos are growing in clothing sizes (or reading!) and you are looking for new!

While visiting family in Fort Bliss explored the surrounding area and found the Fort Bliss Thrift Shop. This location also has local venders who sell their products like honey hats scarves wall decor souvenirs and hand made products. This thrift store is small however they had many treasures to choose from. Found a sterling silver cross with delicate chain, so simple but now it's one of my everyday favorite to wear. The best part it only set me back $2.50 after half price mark down. Second necklace was from Talbots with 4 natural stones on it for less than $5.00. Also found a unique skull statement necklace for $5.00 which will be a great conversation starter. Scarves were less than $2.00 and also found some great pieces of clothing for my grandkids. Bought my daughter a Charlie felt hat for $5.00 with tags still on it, rentals for $90.00-$120.00, what a steal. Will definitely recommend this place if your in the area and will definitely return again when I visit. Employees were very friendly and welcoming, volunteer at the jewelry counter was very patient and helpful. She was very talkative and we shared a few laughs.

This is a thrift shop on Fort Bliss. It's located right across the freedom crossing and next to the post office. The store is pretty big and they pretty much sell everything. If you wanna sell stuff, you'll have to make an account first. Also, I believe they only take consignments from the first 30 people every Tuesday and Wednesday. They open at 9am but usually there's so many people waiting at the door. Once you sign up for selling, you'll have to wait there until it's your turn and usually it takes forever.... Let's say if I get No. 20, it'll take about 2 hours till my turn. At least, there's a huge playground if you have kids.. Or Starbucks is right across the street. But be careful to check the number they're working on frequently because if you get called and you're not present, they'd cancel your spot. There's so many rules and inconvenience but I've made about $50 in total with stuff I was gonna throw away anyways (my husband's old uniforms and pt clothes) so I'm pretty satisfied.

Just had a bad experience. I left an item on consignment, it was sold, "yay", but I failed to pick up the check before it expired and they will not reissue the check. On top of that, the staff was extremely impolite. Most unexpected for an organization set up to serve the military community :(

The thrift store is located on base and has just about anything you can imagine. As with all thrift stores, there are days when you find great items and days when there is nothing. It is clean, operated by very friendly people, and an interesting place to look for "treasures."

I signed up to sell some items about 2 weeks ago, that time to drop off items for sale took about 25 minutes , a reasonable amount of time, because it included registration. The next trip to bring some items to sell I waited 45 minutes and could not wait any longer, so I left. Today I brought some more items and while waiting, among 2 other sellers they, had no one receiving items from sellers. I asked where was the person accepting items for sale and I was told that because they were volunteers, be prepared to wait when I go there.I will not be back.
