Beautiful basic RV Park BUT.....This is intended for military families on active duty or family at the fort. They really need to say that up font. We found out when we pulled in. This after three phone calls to make sure they had a vacancy. Apparently they think their name is enough.

Clean and very friendly staff. By far one of our favorite RV parks we stayed at. Beautiful views of the Franklin mountains.

We've been here a couple of months. Clean RV lot. Everyone is friendly. Staff and maintenance are helpful and nice. Not a 5 star because they advertise free wifi. But to be connected to it, you must go to the family center. Also, this is the first RV lot that doesn't include basic cable.

AWESOME! If you are able to use this facility do so! It is clean, safe and the location can not be beat. I've stayed here multiple times, but most recently I was returning from a trip out West. The staff was awesome and provided great service. I interacted at the front desk with Daniel and Sonia they were both excellent. The showers and common areas were spotless thanks to the efforts of a nice gentleman named Mike. Great cell phone coverage. Limited WiFi and no cable, but heck go out and explore the area! There is also a Family Room which provides a full kitchen, dinning room table, sofas and TV's. A small gym is also available. Bathrooms are all individual and laundry facilities are available at a reasonable cost. Small PX/Gas station is a short walk away. Run by the U.S. Army through MWR, an active duty, retired or DOD ID card is required. This facility is on par with any big named commercial RV Park. Nice job folks.

I don't really know where to start. This used to be a nice RV park , but upon coming on this trip it is really a let down.. They use to care about how it looked ! MWR and the workers have gotten lazy!!! They used to have a really nice dog park and picnic benches so you could go and let your pets play and you could sit at a table read a book just enjoy being outdoors. Well now all you smell his dog poop because they're not enforcing people cleaning up after their pets !! They don't clean up the trash, and The trash dumpsters are overflowing with trash so you can't put your trash in the dumpsters. And they're putting leaves down the drain pipe; so that's why it floods in here because the drain pipes are full of leaves and trash!! And they used to keep the bushes trimmed up it just look nice and neat. Honestly I don't know that we will stay here the next time we come to town I hope someday MWR wakes up and starts caring.
