Over 11 months ago I requested a new Military Star card when I discovered the one I had was expired. The person in charge of that process kept promising me it was in the mail. It never arrived/has never arrived. No matter how many emails and calls I make she will only say the card is in the mail.I have had one of those cards for over 30 years and I can tell you that this denial of renewal is a sign of their dishonesty and hatred. Not only do these people boldly lie to your face, they do so as a group; as a matter of policy. She will not advance my request or complaints to anyone so she can maintain control over those she hates: the American military community.I get cheaper gas, clothing, food, appliances and household products on the economy (even with the added tax) than I do at AAFES so I'm not hurt by their hatred and disrespect. It is important for soldiers to know that these people are not helping you, they are trying to maintain ownership of you so shop elsewhere at every opportunity. You will be better off.

The PX is very nice here, huge selection of items, people are friendly for the most part who work at the PX and all the kiosks and food locations. One thing I wish they could improve upon is matching prices with Amazon. The PX has some overpriced items, even the same things sold at the commissary are less. As far as the fast food and restaurant locations, it would be nice to see healthier options, a Torchy's Taco, a cafe, an Italian restaurant that is along the lines of Carabbas. It would be really terrific to get a Gap, Old Navy or Banana Republic, Pottery Barn or any home furnishing stores, Gymboree or anything related to what is more for kids. There are so many available spaces for stores and eateries, so much potential and such a nice place, just wish it would fill up.

This is the nicest PX I've been in. It's HUGE and new and has lots of options in the attached food court, plus lots of other ones out in the mall area. There is a new commissary being built across the street that I'm super excited about. I'm not super interested in shopping at the PX itself but the attached stores are really convenient and there are lots of choices. This place is really impressive and improved my view of Bliss a lot.

This is definitely nicest, most aesthetically pleasing PX that I've been to. There's a wide variety of things to purchase. And the easy access to the food court outside is nice. The only thing that could be improved upon is some of the employees attitudes. As someone that worked retail/customer service for a while, I understand that employees deal with a lot of crap (especially from customers). But the attitudes that came out of some of the employees on my most recent trip there were inexcusable and honestly left a bad taste in my mouth.

Military clothing and sales is severely lacking in supplies. I wear 7 5/8 PC and they were completely out of that size and had no idea when they were expecting a shipment.
