Plenty of parking, TONS of wine to chose from, including many unique ones like ice wine. They also have a distillery so you can get cocktails made with their liquor. I got the Blood Orange Vodka cocktail and it was great! My husband did the wine tasting and they were all really good. The bartender was super friendly and knowledgeable and there was a lot of comfy seating with nice views of the rolling hills and mountains in the distance. Highly recommend checking out if you're in the area and doing some wine tasting. There is also a little store where you can buy some merch and snacks like cookies and crackers.

We happened into this neat establishment while passing through in the thick of a snowstorm. A sheet of snow fell the previous night but Flying Leap was open, and we are so glad it was!We tried nearly every wine and spirit that these folks make, and many of them were solid. We particularly liked the Spanish Fly and their Unión reds. Believe it or not their jalapeño chili wine is a pleasant surprise - it's gimmicky but still a decent accompaniment to spicy food and even to chocolate. I like that this place is always experimenting.Prices are reasonable, except for some of their top-tier bottles. I'm seeing comments below that the tasting was expensive but please note that wineries in Napa and Sonoma typically charge at LEAST $35 per person for a tasting, for usually 3, maybe a maximum of 4 tastes, very carefully measured in exact doses. Here, we paid maybe $20(?) and tried a dozen different wines, and had an awesome conversation with the owner while doing so. We most definitely walked out tipsy - bring your designated driver!!! The place is also very dog-friendly.Flying Leap also has a solid distillery with a nice lavender brandy as well as a very decent 2-yr old bourbon. We may have gotten a chance to taste 8 different spirits; but I don't recall the cost of that tasting. We liked the place so much that we joined their wine club.

Giving this 5 stars for the quality of spirits (more on that in a min.) and the lovely wine tasting room next door! Thoroughly enjoyed Karen in the spirits tasting room. She walked us through her stories and her liquor with finesse and fantastic cooking/drinking ideas. We bought a ton of the habanero wines next door and made ourselves the newest members of the wine club. Can't wait to be back in town and enjoy a glass of wine on the front deck!

We stopped by here while trying out different wineries in the area as first timers visiting here. This was one of the larger ones we visited and it had a really nice set up with both the liquor tasting area as well as the main wine tasting area. We unfortunately weren't able to do the liquor tasting but we did get to do the wine tasting and thought it was fairly well priced considering how many different ones you try and the sample size along with the fact you also get to keep a wine glass. They had knowledgeable staff that help you with each tasting and provide you with information on the wine itself and makes it easier for you to have a better idea if you'd like to take a bottle home. You can also use your wine tasting purchase price towards a bottle discount as well which makes it easier to take home a bottle of your favorite.Since we got here near closing time we wish we would have been able to come in earlier and enjoy more of the grounds as it is really nice inside and out. We hope to be back soon to see what's new and bring a bigger group next time!@wanderingwithustwohttps://beacons.ai/wanderingwithustwo

We came here for both the winery and the distillery, my wife and her aunt getting a glass of wine, and her uncle and myself going to the distillery for a tasting. The women were both pleased with their wines. The distillery was fine but nothing very impressive. The server who performed the distillery tasting did not help my opinion either. Very snooty while talking about the tastings, maybe some people respond well to that, she just struck me as a little full of it. I don't have much opinion of the winery as I didn't have anything from there. The distillery was average, but the server we had, knocked it down a peg for us.

Flying leap is fantastic! Went for the wine and found they have spirits... I'm a whiskey guy (mostly bourbon) and fell in love with the Wine Country Rye, it's some of the best rye I've had. Try it all, I'm sure you'll find something you'll love too.

We came with another couple to do some wine tasting, and this was our first time at Flying Leap. We went with the 6 sampler wine tasting and was told that it would be 6 one ounce pours. What we were given was maybe 1/2 ounce pours. Being retired military we asked if there were any discounts. We were told yes, but upon check out we were informed it was for bottles of wine only not samplers. The staff and the atmosphere was okay, but the price of $26.00 per person was not worth what we received. I will say that the two dogs running around were very friendly!!I cant see us going back there, as there are other Vineyards in the local area to visit.

Although the tasting room was clean and pleasant and the service was good, it was nothing special. We should have suspected something when we were the only customers. Their prices are outrageous! We had been there many times in the past and loved it!!! So we were very disappointed in the size of the pourings - noticeably smaller that previous visits. And the cost was shocking!!! We were charged $25 plus tax for each wine tasting of 5 wines (and we had brought our own wine glasses). That is $5 per taste - pretty steep. We each could have bought a full glass of wine from them for less. The wines were good but they weren't spectacular. The cost of one of their wines was more than many Napa Valley wines. So sorry Flying Leap, we have wonderful past memories but we will not be returning.
