Flowers on 11th

Great flower shop! No complaints whatsoever! I live out of state and was looking for a local flower shop in the Silver city area to send flowers to friends. I called and spoke to the owner, who put me in touch with her store manager, Candace. Two very kind, professional florists. I've had bad experiences in the past with flower shops through the years with always the Floral arrangements being less than satisfactory or less than what I've paid for. I took my chances with this flower shop and had a truly wonderful experience and the flowers were right on point! Beautiful, beautiful arrangement! I will certainly be using them again and again in the future!

Flowers on 11th is not (only) the best florist in Silver City. It's the best florist I've ever patronized, and given my age that's saying a lot. I cannot tell you how many times they have stepped up at the last minute to help when an arrangement was needed following someone's passing, or for a celebration, or a thank you. They are so good about working with different price points and they never try to force an upsell. They are also great about suggesting colors and different flower varieties to match the taste of the recipient or the occasion. Ordering is easy and quick, but if you want to go into the store and see what cut flowers they have on hand, they are happy to show you in person as well. I cannot say enough good things about this establishment.

I had place a last minute order with them for a "Mommy to be" sash and "Daddy to be" boutonnière and originally told them I needed it in 5 days. Then I had called them later on and let me know I needed sooner then that cause I was leaving out of town early and she got it done later that day and they came out perfect!! I Definitely will be going back!

Our family ordered flowers to be delivered for our Grandmothers 100th birthday. Flowers on 11th went above and beyond our expectations. They sent us a picture of them (we ordered from out of state) prior to them delivering!!! Very personable, reliable, and professional. I highly recommend for your local or out of state needs. Great personal service. I had to change the wording on the card and the owner had left her cell phone number on the voicemail when I called back after hours. Very personable and excellent service. I can tell they care about their patrons. Best ever!!!!!!

I live out of state but have very good friends living in Silver City. Unfortunately, one has recently passed away and I was unable to fly out for the funeral. I was in need of a flower arrangement to be delivered to my friend's home however they live in a VERY rural part of town. I did not want to order flowers from a big nationwide flower chain as I am often disappointed with the results (either the flowers are nothing like what I ordered and paid for, or they take many days to fulfil the request). This was too special of a need to chance it. I researched local Silver City florists and chose to go with Flowers on 11th. The staff and owner are very friendly and go above and beyond to accommodate. Boy did they make a FABULOUS floral arrangement and delivered them same day. I got several compliments on the arrangement and it even made it to the center of the memorial table at the funeral. Flowers on 11th will ALWAYS be my go-to shop for flowers for my friends. I had ordered flowers from another vendor in silver city and had to call for verification of delivery three days later, no plants available I was told, so I called in a panic to flowers on 11th and the young lady was so wonderful Melanie took my order and explain to me that there was a flower shortage in a plant shortage but she thinks she could give me what I needed and it turned out to be a beautiful arrangement and she even made a special delivery! ! !She saved the day!

I live out of state, but my family lives in Silver City and I have ordered flowers from "Flowers on 11th" on various occasions. I have never been disappointed with the flowers that I have ordered. This past order was a "Just Because" order and it happened to be Memorial Weekend when I called. The florist was going away for the weekend but told me she would come home early Sunday to deliver my flowers. I explained my order was not a rush and there was no reason to cut her weekend short. This is excellent customer service! My family member received them when she returned and she loved them! Thank you for your ongoing excellent customer service and top of the line flower arrangements!
