Flowerland

Very disappointing. Made me sad. I needed Flowers for a dear friends' bereavement and found Flowerland on Yelp. I scanned their website and called to order flowers. Spoke with a nice person and pointed out from their website an arrangement called "Low and Lush" for $120. I asked for that specific arrangement. Told them it was a bereavement so didnt want it to look like funeral flowers and no carnations or ferns. I was happy when I asked if it could be delivered that afternoon - but if they didn't have the time or flowers, the following day was ok. She said they could do same day. Great!But ... what they received looked like something from the grocery store. The "Low and Lush" had muted pink and white Roses and Ranuculus and other fillers - was low and filled with flowers. What they received was tall and had 2 sunflowers, some yellow astromarium, a rose and some filler. I called them - the woman said I'd asked for "spring colors" and I said I specifically asked for the "Low and Lush" which looked like a spring arrangement. We just didn't want it to look dreary. I didn't ask for "spring colors" - just no carnations... She told me the arrangement they sent was a "$120 arrangement". It wasn't - I have pictures. She said the only thing they'd do - is do the arrangement I'd ASKED for and ask the recipients to swap out the arrangements. I said that was tacky - and they should send the flowers with an apology from them saying they'd accidentally delivered the wrong one. They would not do that. We didn't tell the Family they were sent the wrong thing as they appreciated the thought from us regardless. Terribly disappointing for the $150 price tag and really poor customer service.

Super friendly and accommodating staff, the most beautiful arrangements and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I love these folks! I live 6 hours away from my mother and I often send her flowers, but this time I ignored the usual big business florists who advertise online. Instead I chose Flowerland and they did a fantastic job. All I did was describe the colors I wanted and they really came up with a beautiful display. Plus they were personable and kind. You can't do better in Las Cruces.

I ran in here to get a quick flower arrangement while visiting a family friend and they were so kind and helpful! The flower arrangement is beautiful and fresh!

Barb's Flowerland is the best! I've been ordering from them for Mother's Day deliveries for a few years and they continue to send the most beautiful arrangements to my mom. I call from out of state to order, so have to rely on them to pick the actual arrangement and vase, but every time it's absolutely beautiful and delivered in perfect condition to the house. I always prefer to order locally instead of a national website, and Barb's is proof why you should support local business. They're amazing!

Received excellent service and care via Desarae when I called in asking for some flowers to send to my friend who just had a loss. She was helpful and worked within my budget to make things work. I really appreciate Flowerland and Desarae's commitment to serving their customers even in this difficult time. It is no wonder why Flowerland is ranked #1 in Yelp! I just had a wonderful experience at Flowerland. I am going to meet my daughter's future in-laws, and told the young man, and he helped me pick out the perfect arrangement. Since we're driving to El Paso, he also poured out half the water and placed the vase in a little box for to keep it nice until we got there. Really appreciate the excellent service and beautiful products.

How in the world did I PAY 100 dollars for my mom's birthday and you clowns didn't show up!!!!!! I'm sick to my stomach my mom didn't get her flowers on her bday!
