Flower Divas

Fraudulent Flower Company. Do not do business with this company. They were quick to charge me for flowers over the phone for my grandmother's funeral and the flowers never arrived. When asked about tracking the order they said they were too busy due to taking care of Mother's Day orders. Embarrassed for them and how they operate. Do not order from them.

Oh these people are horrible! I called them for an arrangement for a funeral and paid over $160 and ended up with old, half dead flowers that has hardly no greenery and leaves and was not what I expected for what I paid for! Do not use these people! They only take phone orders and now I know why!!! Very bad product and quality! I would give them a negative 5 star if I could!

Pictures speak louder than words. This is what I ordered vs what I received for over $100 worth of goods and services! I even paid the extra to ensure the flowers were full and beautiful. I was embarrassed to even have my name on the card for these flowers. In my opinion, flowers at the grocery stores are fuller and more well put together. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM FLOWER DIVAS EVER AGAIN. I did follow up via email with these two photos to the florist to express my disappointment and asked for this issue to be rectified and did not get a response via email. I also on 5/8/20 (the day they were delivered) called and expressed my disappointment. I was told by the staff they were going to look into it and give me a call back. I confirmed I sent them an email with the photos as well and double checked the email I sent them to was correct. I followed up on 5/9/20 since I had not received a call back and was greeted by an extremely rude staff who hung up on me a few times. I called again asked for her name (was not provided the name) and was told that they said they would call me back after they looked into, wouldn't have time because they're too busy, but now that I'm being persistent they weren't going to look into it or help me and I'm stuck with whatever I received. She said per their disclaimer that they can substitute whatever flowers. Here is their disclaimer -"When you order custom designs, they will be produced as closely as possible to the picture. Please remember that each design is custom made. No two arrangements are exactly alike, and color substitutions of flowers may be necessary. Prices and availability of seasonal flowers may vary."My thoughts on the disclaimer...1. I agree some flowers may not be available but if the final product is going to be so far off, DON'T have that option available on your website. 2. If you're going to "substitute" then it needs to be ensured that whatever is being "substituted" is of EQUAL VALUE. 3. A disclaimer doesn't provide the company the rights to charge over $100 worth of goods and services and in turn provide something of LESSER VALUE. Again, in my personal opinion I WILL NOT BUY from this place again.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Wish I could put no stars. Fraud flower shop. False advertisements, rude customer service, and poor management. I usually never got write bad reviews and always give second chances but this place would hang up in the middle of phone conversations, stated my order wasn't important because they were "busy" and delivered a completely different bouquet than ordered. So sad they scam people like this and take advantage of others.

Rude Staff. You're just a walking wallet to these guys.While inquiring on a bouquet of flowers, I rudely hung up on when I decided not to purchase their most expensive flowers. Customer service is plain sad...
