My advise to everyone one is to never leave a deposit to have jewelry made. If you change your mind about the jewelry they charge you 30 percent for restocking. What restocking , if you never worked on the piece....

My faith in jewelers restored. I walked into a jewelry store in west El Paso this morning to have my watch battery replaced and to replace the pearl on my ring which was worn. The jeweler said replacing the battery would be $50, but most likely my watch would need to be serviced and that would be $460. Replacing the pearl on my ring would be almost $100. It was going to take a week to replace the pearl, and the watch was probably not going to be ready, but I would be updated on that in a week. (!). I initially left my items, but then my husband convinced me to retrieve them and we went to Flores Jewelers on Lee Trevino. The jeweler replaced the battery and replaced the pearl right on the spot!! They were so nice and welcoming, and super-efficient. To top it off, the cost was A FRACTION of what I was quoted this morning. What a refreshing experience to meet with an honest, unpretentious jewelry store that's not trying to take advantage of people. Thank you, FLORES JEWELRY!!!

Flores Jewelers is an amazing group of PROFESSIONAL jewelers!! My wife and I have used Flores for over five years now with all aspects of repairs. Our last visit, we brought my wife's wedding ring set in to have it re- buffed, cleaned and examined for any lose diamonds and sapphires. To our surprise, Mr. Flores told us to wait and within 15 minutes he returned to the front and the ring was completed. I only wish I could post a photograph to show readers just how beautiful the ring is again! If you go anywhere else for your jewelry needs you will waste your money!

The woman who works there, I did not get her name, was not personable or friendly. She was seated with a non-customer friend, chatting when I walked in. She didn't greet me or help me. A man from the back came up to do so. I asked him a specific question and he said he had to go to the back and would let me know. Eventually the woman's friend left and she went back to the back and came up with my answer. I'm not sure how long I would have been waiting had she not. She was not friendly or personable when she came back with my jewelry and answer. For that alone, I will not be going back.

First call day 1: "We are just finishing up your order".Second call day 2: "Sorry, we are just finishing up your order".Walked in to store day 3: "They are just finishing up your order". Started to tell the man of why they keep telling me that "they are working on it" buy they are really NOT working on it. Then he tells me "Leave it at that, don't tell me anymore because then we'll have a confrontation". Wow. I will never come back to Flores.

10/10, I went in with a bracelet I purchased elsewhere asking for a quote to fix a broken clasp. The lady at the front desk took my bracket fixed the clasp and didn't charge me in like two minutes! That was so sweet of them !

My wife dropped off four rings. Three rings to be sized and one that was the sample size. The sizing was supposed to finished in one week. After two weeks, and no word from the shop, she stopped in to check on the order. When they brought the rings out one was missing. The only thing they could say is "sorry", but the claim check only said three rings. It seems a reputable jewelry would have done more to satisfy a loyal customer.My wife and her mother have been customers for years. She brought the jewelry with her from New Jersey because she trusted Flores Jewelers in El Paso, TX. She will not be going back.
