The woman who ran the shop was incredibly helpful. She recommended lilies for the Teacher Appreciation Week gifts and charged me nothing extra for the vase or cards. Love local shops!

Ordered for same day delivery. Flower vase was slightly different than the one on the site, but still beautiful. My mom loved them. Lady on the phone was nice, and called me once they got delivered. I would recommend them, and I will keep purchasing from them. I'm a fan!

I would give 0 is that was an option. This shop doesn't know the meaning of customer service. The lie to their customers and are extremely unreliable. On top of it all they needed to do to access the delivery location was show a valid ID - they wouldn't ! Then when I called to see what the problem was they blamed me. It's not my fault your delivery driver doesn't have an ID!!

Received roses on a Wednesday and they were dead by Friday morning. Called and the lady was very rude and told me that it was my fault. The flowers were kept at normal room temperature and she said they needed to be kept at 50 degrees. I would not recommend this flower shop to anyone!

I'd give less stars if possible. I had visited the shop once and was promised that they would deliver anywhere we ordered. I try to get an anniversary arrangement sent and I get a call at 6 pm saying they don't deliver and to find someone else. Save yourself the runaround and go some place else, 0 stars if possible. Super super upset , my husband paid a good price for me to recieve a late order and dead sunflowers , yes we understand its not sunflower season but why not be honest with us and say you cant do the arrangment. It hurts more for someone to show up to a dead sunflower arrangment and non inflated ballons hoestly . I tried to revive them and as i took of the wrapping the vase had foam with no water in it and alot of trash on the bottom of the vase

I called Friday just before closing time for a last minute arrangement. They went above and beyond! They delivered within a hour a beautiful fresh bouquet for my parents anniversary. I will definitely be using them again! Thank you for making their day.

Needed to send flowers for the funeral of a friends' father. I ordered a fisherman's arrangement and it was canceled a day before delivery due to it not being available from wherever they ordered it from so had to order a replacement. Everything worked out well in the end. It was just very difficult to get someone on the phone to let them know what I wanted to replace my order with the day before the funeral. Nobody answered the phone until finally very late in the day and then I was told that the phone never rang (??) I had tried calling at least 5 times.

This is my third time using Floreria Guadarrama, this time for birthday flowers for my Mom. I called her late afternoon in early October and she was able to deliver flowers in a mix my Mom likes that day. Very pleased as always.

Under NO circumstances should you buy flowers from this business. They have LOUSY customer service. Ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my sister's grave and requested a picture be taken. Have NOT seen any photo, do NOT know if even the flower arrangement was put on her grave. Sent two emails regarding my order and have NOT received any response. Find another florist!!
