Requested a quote came out and did the measurements told I was would get the quote in "few days" never received anything not even a call that they did not want to do it. Very unprofessional

I have rental homes and buy and sell homes as well. I had previously gone to other flooring businesses to get estimates and would spend a lot of time trying to get the best price. This ended up being a waste of time because Alex was consistently offering me the best prices. So now, I only call him when I need an appointment.I have had him install laminate wood flooring, carpet, tile, showers, tub enclosures, wood floors, and even refinish existing wood floors in several homes. Every job has turned out the way I wanted and the prices were good too.

I called and made an appointment yesterday to get an estimate between 9am -10am for today. It is a big project and have seen all the great reviews so I was really looking forward to this. Well, I waited and waited and waited. NO ONE showed up to the appointment. They didn't even bother calling or texting me to let me know that they weren't going to show up. They stood us up and it's very unprofessional to not have any consideration for other people to just waste our time like that. That's not how you do business.

These guys did an awesome job at a fantastic price! My wife and I couldn't be happier with their work!! Highly recommended.

We had recently purchased a home and found that we needed new carpet after the previous owner moved out. We needed carpet fast and thought it would be impossible to find. We were wrong. We found Alex and he gave us top grade carpet for a great price and installed it within two days!!! I can't thank him enough for the fast service and professionalism. Even though we needed it fast he didn't take advantage and nickel and dime us.Thank you Alex!!!
