I'll be the first to admit when someone rights a wrong, I won't keep it to myself, I will share. Floor and Decor delivered 20 pieces of broken tile to our construction site, but the tiles are so large, 48"x48" that the breaks were not discovered until the end of the project. Our GC contacted the management team, and they graciously credited twenty broken tiles, which amounted to a $2,100 credit. I would like to comment them for being honorable in regard to their customer relations. I am giving them five stars.

Huge selection, great customer service, hassle free returns, free design service. Overall it's a great store to shop tile, flooring, etc... 4-stars because they do not offer deliver or installation, and it can be difficult to get a large amount of heavy tile home.

Let me start of by saying my husband and I love this store ! They have it all when it comes to remodeling. We never walk out of there disappointed & it has a lot to do with their customer service. Richard is an awesome employee and is always ready to help us every time! So next time you are at floor and decor ask for Richard !

I'm hoping this was a one-off but my mother had an unfortunate encounter with one of your salespersons yesterday while looking for vinyl tile at the new F&D store on Gateway West. The salesperson told her that they only carry quality products not cheap tile. She was later assisted by another salesperson that overheard the encounter and was very helpful.Perhaps Lowes or Home Depot wants our business. Business success relies on return customers. You have lost a loyal shopper in my mother. She has vowed never to return. And, she has a lot of friends who trust her shopping acumen.

Very attentive staff and very helpful as they helped us load about 900 pounds of tile and cement and supplies into our vehicle and they wouldn't even accept a tip afterwards! Really great prices and service!!!

My husband and I came to Floor and Decor to pick out tile for our home project. Richard was amazing. He explained all our products thoroughly and answered all our questions about installation. Upon check out, Mickey was great at double checking our purchase! Great customer service and professionalism.

Shout out to Sydney Jones at the Floor and Decor in El Paso, Texas. I am handicapped, and I took time to talk to the manager when I was really feeling bad. Sydney went above and beyond to help my husband and I find exactly what we needed to tile our tube. She was very patient when I wanted to personally pick out 22 tiles out of around 50. She was amazing! Thank you, Sydney

Had appt and met with store designer on Feb 9. Great person and she took the time to show us options for our upcoming remodelproject. She made an appt for us to meet with one of their in-house contractors (915 Prestige) for estimate on Monday Feb 10. Thought we found the perfect place until the contractor arrived and then went downhill from there. Estimator appeared to be in a hurry, and didn't take any measurements. Before leaving he stated estimates would be sent to store designer who would then contact us for project cost. I ensured that he had our correct contact info since he stated the designer didn't provide our email. I then returned our borrowed tile samples on Thursday Feb 13 and to follow up on estimate status. Informed designer was out to lunch and left my name and phone number with store staff. As of today, Wed Feb 19, have not heard back from eitherstore designer or contractor. At this point I have engaged other contractors for the project due to lack of follow up with us. Experience has left us very disappointed and takes them out of contention for any future projects.

The store has an abundant amount of flooring available to choose from. When I walked into the store, I noticed a store associate moving boxes of tile while on his knees. I mentioned he should have on knee pads, he said "yeah". His name is Richard and when I found the tile I wanted he was a big help explaining the tile I chose. He also put my chosen tile on hold for 24 hours while I spoke to my contractor. Great customer service.The only "con" I have is store does not offer a military discount which helps with many of my purchases. Corporate please consider this discount and not just on special holidays. Be like LOWE'S (that's why I shop there).

This was our third trip to the store and today we were not leaving until we picked out my mother's bathroom tile. (The previous times we just looked around.) When we walked in, Sierra approached us and asked if we needed help. From that point forward, she grabbed a cart and walked with us throughout the store, answering our questions along the way, until she had assisted us in selecting the bathroom remodel. Very knowledgeable and appreciate her input in our selections. Would highly recommend Sierra and would have her assist us with future tile projects. Deborah R.
