Came here for a company team dinner and it exceeded all our expectations! Each of us ordered a different entree. We had several appetizers, and finished the night with desserts. All the food was delicious! From the homemade bread & oil, to the meatballs, calamari, and lamb. It was 10/10. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations. The chocolate cake was divine! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Odessa. The lighting is dark, but other than that, very pleasant experience.

This was our first time at Flair and we were very impressed! Our server Chris was great and gave great recommendations! All the food was very good. It was my Birthday and they even brought me a chocolate cake with a sparkler! This place is so fancy and we loved it!

Great food ...... nice servers also. You won't regret going there. Yes it can be expensive depending on what you order but at this place you can't go wrong!

Overall an amazing experience! The food was superb, best we've had at an Italian restaurant. Very upscale establishment. We chose an appetizer each, Mediterranean mussels, lobster bisque, hubby picked the lamb, and I the chicken Marsala. The lobster bisque didn't have chunks but I couldn't tell by the flavor. So yummy! The sauce for the mussels was exquisite. Hubby said the lamb was cooked to perfection. My chicken was tender and moist. The Marsala sauce was just amazing. Waitstaff came around every few minutes to fill our waters. Just an amazing date lunch all around! Reasonably priced for the service and quality of food.

First and foremost the service here is unmatched. Raul, was excellent. Both at recommendations and his superior cocktail making skills. The smoked mezcal old fashioned he makes is ridiculous. Don't worry, he can make anything for whatever flavor you're into. The food did not suck. That carpaccio hit the spot. I'll definitely be back.

Located in a small plaza, typical steakhouse vibe with great service. Short visit in Odessa lead me to this gem. Ordered the filet mignon, lobster risotto and frutti di mare. Honestly one of the best filets I've had in a while. The sauce that accompanied the filet was exceptional as well. Frutti di Mare was really flavorful with a light creamy tomato flavor. The lobster risotto although delicious had more vegetables than lobster. Would highly recommend if you are in the area!

Food, service, drinks and atmosphere was all GREAT! I'm out of town and let me tell you if I come back I'll be coming back! The lamp chops are so delicious was sucking the bone dry LOL definitely recommend!!

First of all our service was terrible. Our bruschetta was entirely too hard to bite into. Definitely over toasted the bread. My filet tasted like Hernard's liquid smoke. I ordered it medium and it came out completely charred. Like chewing leather with liquid smoke and o was not served to correct sides for my filet. My husband had the Seafood Paella. Again...disgusting. All the seafood seemed to have been frozen due to it being rubbery in texture. The ONLY thing we enjoyed was the two cocktails before dinner. Our server never checked on us. We were one of three tables. They weren't busy so there was no excuse other than she was wrapping silverware....absolute worst dinner experience. Definitely do not recommend. Although the ambiance was nice...the lack of service along with food we couldn't eat was not worth the $175 price. We won't be back.

This place is definitely awesome for date night. You can have a romantic dinner, or a nice dinner with another couple in the main area. If you want something more loud you can sit in the bar area. On certain nights there is live music. The service is great the food is amazing. The drinks are very tasty. Definitely a 10 out of 10!
