Five Guys

Ok I caved! I was starving when I got out of the gym and then headed to Target to get my usual items- yes I picked up lots of fruit and veggies and cauliflower crust pizza at 33 g of protein each BUT BUT BUT I was craving meat- beef specifically. I headed to Rudy's to get some brisket but missed the turn!!! The unusual Friday night traffic just amped up my ravenous desire for some meat- so I went to Five Guys- what could be more satisfying than a double Pattie lettuce wrapped burger? I waited till I got home so I could really enjoy it- it hit the spot!

Great vegetarian burgers! It's my personal favorite to-go fast food place. Very fast service with the options being vast and delicious. The fries are quiet enough for one person and even two. They have been adding less fries, in my perspective, but it's all good.The parking is a bit small but never had to park far away to get my fix of burgers. The service besides being fast is friendly. They explain your options in a courteous manner. I recommend it, no doubt. Provecho!

This review has nothing to do with the food as I like the burgers and fries here. I understand that supply, demand, and inflation creates an environment of ever changing prices. That being said, they have priced themselves out of the market for me. If you have a large appetite, the burger fries and drink will set you back $20.00. If I'm going to spend that much, I'll go to a "Non fast food" burger restaurant.

The smell wafting outside alone brings you in. The burgers make you stay and return. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with the works which amongst your standard hamburger toppings came with mushrooms and I added A1 steak sauce and jalapenos. The burgers are fresh and made to order. This burger is definitely a mouthful. I felt like dislocating my jaw to fit a bite in. We ordered 1 large order of fries and its enough for 4 people. We had left overs and brought them home. The place was super dead. We were the only ones there for most of our stay there. I don't know if many people know about this location. It's one of the best burgers but the bun is not substantial enough to stand up to the weight of the burger and its ingredients, hence the 4 stars. It got pretty much lost in the burger.

Great customer service. Placed order through app and couldn't get the option for large Cajun fries; my handsome guy wasn't having that. Walked in and informed an employee who immediately fixed the issue and gave me my large Cajun fries no extra charge.

Now I remember why I didn't come back to five guys...34 bucks for two burgers, small fries and regular drink!! Dirty tables (had to clean one) when the place was almost empty. Over rated chain burgers. I'm sticking to local burger joints like Roscoe's and if closed, Whataburger. The patties are not fresh, the buns were stale and falling apart, and it looked like processed cheese that didn't even melt. All this for the incredible price of 34 bucks. No thank you.

Preety bland and unsatisfying the burger was dry and I didn't like the cheese.I am a bit disappointed it's a double cheeseburger for god sakes! To overacted.

We had a delivery issue with our meal as it was delivered to the wrong home. When I called the issue in, the manager on duty let me know the third party delivery service would have to refund my money. I was super unhappy as we had been waiting on our food for an hour, didn't want to waste my time calling a 1-800 number, and asked if they could make this right. And she did. I appreciated them fixing the issue and staying open long enough for me to drive and pick up. It wasn't their fault but they also knew it wasn't mine. And that means a lot to me. So, thank you.

Really great burgers. The customer service was excellent! The employees were super nice, attentive and hardworking! Loved it and I will see you guys again :)

Still the best fast food burger but as much as I like it, $12.50 for the regular bacon cheeseburger without any sides is just too high. I understand inflation is in play but 40%???? Very sad to say I won't be back for quite some time.
