Fidencio's Mexican Food

Before getting some groceries, etc., we stopped at Fidencio's for lunch. My wife had the taco plate (with rice and beans) and I had a smothered carne asada burrito. Everything was good. Only drawback for us was that everything was served on Styrofoam. I assume that a majority of their business is ordering carry out or the drive through ordering type of business, therefore the plastic dining ware makes more sense. Service was excellent.

The salsa was really good and made the California bacon burrito edible. I ran out of salsa about half way through and the burrito could not hold up on its own. It was very dry and hard to swallow. The burrito options were lacking also. When it comes to California vs New Mexico, New Mexico wins every time. I'll take a good chorizo, egg, and green chile burrito over any California crap any day. I've given a few California style places a chance and none of them stand a chance. There are WAY better options incase Cruces.

Amazing Mexican food me and my family have been coming here for years! We love the staff that works there friendly and kind people! Me and my gf always get the super fries there the best in town! And what we love is there not expensive like the rest of town there prices haven't changed drastically over the last 10 years which makes it great to go and grab dinner, we live on the other side of town but fidencios will forever be my favorite restaurant in all of las cruces amazing food, staff, and prices thank you fidencios for always being my family's number 1 choice!

This place has maintained their consistency, whereas several of their competitors have not. Fidencios never had the best carne asada burrito but because they have sustained themselves, they now rise above the rest. Two of its competitors, who hailed from California, had delicious carne asada burritos but they quickly resorted to less than ingredients, too greasy or too salty. So it is comforting to know this place remains the to go place to fill my pansa!

Great rolled tacos! It was my first time being there and was recommended as well as nachos. Good food and good prices.

Will not eat again, ordered one chicken and one cheese enchilada- chicken was not seasoned and dry and cheese was not even melted, canned sauce was not even hot.

I love everything on the menu!! The carnitas, carne asada, and rellenos are my favorites though.

Got a carne asada burrito today per the drive thru. Meat was marinated very well! The salsa was mediocre in my opinion, but very flavorful and balanced. I will go back and try other menu items. The guy working taking orders was very friendly and polite!

Delicious burritos! I've been going there for years give them a try. Might go to Is the Carne Asada, honestly you can't go wrong everything there is delicious.

I asked for red and green chile and they gave me none! I go back to fix my order and they locked the doors 30 minutes before closing time. How can i eat spanish with with no chile. that's the whole point
