FiberCare Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

I scheduled an appointment on Tuesday for a cleaning the following Saturday. I never received a confirmation call and they never showed. I called someone else to schedule an appt since they were a "no show". We moved all the furniture for nothing. Then we had to move it again when a legit company came. FiberCare Carpet called me THE FOLLOWING SATURDAY. A week later, they asked if I was ready for the carpet cleaning bc they were coming. I told them I already called someone else since we scheduled it for the previous week. He said "ok".

FiberCare is one of the best rug cleaners in the Southwest. I am very impressed with the knowledge and expertise they have. Emilao took the time to inspect and explain the unique characteristics about my rug. I had a Persian Tabriz with some pet urine issues and I was concerned my rug would bleed. Emilao explained his cleaning process. I'm extremely happy with the cleaning results and how the rug looked with he returned it to me. Thanks Fiber Care. I will use you for all my rugs in the future.

This review is solely based on customer service and not the quality of their cleaning because after meeting Emilio I was so outraged, I refused to let them have my hard earned money. First impression over the phone was nice with Guillermo and scheduled my cleaning for a week later with a rough estimate of 300 dollars (not cheap, but too expensive either). So Emilio shows up and is so unfriendly it actually pissed me off. He starts going through each room and consistently makes comments that would make the estimate go up "oh, this is bigger than most 3 bedrooms" , then he busts out the black light and starts going "oh my" and "oh man". By now I'm enraged as he tells me to put on a pair of glasses to see how bad it is. I then tell him to stop with the charades and give me a quote, I also commented how his personality was absolutely rude. Mind you I am renting and there are years of previous Tennants stains already there and only visible with a black light. His attitude changed drastically after I told him to get out and that I didn't want to do business with him anymore. Moral of the story is, this wasn't the worst carpet in the world (not even close) and I didn't expect such a bad experience based off of previous reviews. Oh and by the way, the final quote was $500 dollars and I ended up getting another guy with great reviews to do it for less than $200.

FiberCare is excellent. I called to have an area rug cleaned and they were at my house within 15 minutes. They quickly assessed the rug, explained the process and the pricing. They told me when it would be ready an how they were going to let me know. Fat forward a week and the rug was returned looking almost brand new. Not bad for a rug that was 8 years old and had never been professionally cleaned before. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional. They aren't necessarily cheap, but the quality of service is well worth with it.

All I can say is "wow"! These guys are true professionals. Emelio is great. He always remembers my kids' names and is very patient with my crazy dog. Guillermo is very funny and makes it seem like friends are coming for dinner. They are always on time, always courteous and kind, and their work is always backed by a 400% guarantee! Who does that? Well, I can't imagine ever having a reason the be dissatisfied, but that kind of guarantee tells me they're going to back it up no matter what. The work they do is exceptional. Can't think of calling anyone else.

We have had multiple rug cleanings done by FiberCare of El Paso in 2023-2024. All the rugs are wool, three are handmade and unique. They were picked up on time, and came back on time, clean and undamaged. For us, avoiding dye runs and chemical smells is very important. The pricing for the quality of this company's cleaning is not the cheapest, but it is competitive with pricing of other specialty rug cleaners. Equally important, the company picks up and delivers and the staff is polite and good at explaining how they handle the rugs. We had trouble getting this quality of service in other cities.

Our tech Henry was very professional and super courteous, but that was just the icing on the case because my ten year old sectional tuned out looking like new after the servicing. Thank you so much for giving my sectional new life.
