Fast Spot

Just as expensive as long term at the airport and funky in general. No discount for longer stays. And you have to call the shuttle for them to pick you up. Long term at the airport there is the shuttle constantly passing by.Took forever just to pay as well... still waiting. There now...........

We decided to use Fast Spot when we were flying out of town for two weeks and our arrival home would be late at night. Fast Spot was very easy to register with online and when we arrived an employee was there to help us. He helped load our bags onto the shuttle and quickly had us at the airport. On our return we were delayed several times and did not get in until the early hours of the morning. We texted after getting our luggage and waited maybe fifteen minutes. Again, the employee was kind in helping us get our bags and our car was already pulled around to the front knowing we were to fly in that night. No wait when we entered Fast Spot for our car and/or a long walk. I'd recommend Fast Spot to anyone looking for affordable parking...more affordable than long term at the airport!

We weren't sure what to expect using them during Thanksgiving weekend but they were amazing! Easy drop off. You drive right up front and hand them your keys. They take your luggage from your vehicle to their shuttle. You arrive at the airport entrance in minutes. Upon your return, you use their app to ask for your vehicle to be retrieved and for the shuttle to come pick you up. They arrive curbside right outside baggage claim. They handle your luggage and drive you right up to your vehicle and then transfer your luggage from the shuttle to your vehicle. We tipped the shuttle driver and were on our way. All covered parking is a plus. For about the same cost as long-term airport parking. Highly recommend.

Terrible service from the airport to the lot. I call when I get off the plane and wait 15 to 20 minutes every time. Nonsense I am not parking here any longer. No AC on the bus. It's a 3rd world operation

On arrival to ELP, 30 Mar 2021, after a 5 day exhausting trip, could not contact FastSpot on phone over 20 separate attempts using multiple cell phones -,received "cannot connect" notice. After 45 mins waiting for their van to come on a regular run, left wife and luggage at arrivals and hiked to the office across several dangerous roads. Found both vans in yard - only one employee present- a pretty unknowledgeable teenager - asked if he knew their phone # was not connecting - and was he getting calls? He claimed to have had a call 30 mins earlier. I tried calling # again on my cell and we both listened to the "cannot connect" notice!!! I asked him to please call his boss -"no, I don't want to bother her," he said -- I insisted that, as a regular customer, I did want to bother her, as this was totally unacceptable. He finally spoke with boss - she comp'd my fee - but still the poor management was starkly evident. I will not be using FastSpot Airport Parking at ELP again!

Warning.....Fast Spot is not a safe and secure parking location. Our vehicle's rear window was broken to gain entry to burglarized items left in the center console totaling over $2,000.00 while it was in their care. They did not call the police when they discovered it had been burglarized, instead they moved our vehicle from the back of the lot to the front and cleaned up the evidence. I had to called the police when I returned from our trip. The manager had our window replaced and told us to get estimates as they were responsible for the loss so I sent her the estimates and she forward to corporate offices in Dallas, Belclaire Company. After three months of trying to settle this issue they refused stating it is their Policy not to be responsible for vehicle lift in their care.

Convenient parking with fast shuttle service. It's no cheaper than on-airport parking but is certainly more convenient. You stop your car 20 feet from the shuttle and it's right there when you get off. This is a nice touch for bad / hot weather (especially if you have a lot of bags). The broken passenger door on their shuttle (opened and closed by the emergency release) was kind of janky though.

Fast pickup and delivery to and from El Paso airport. Very courteous staff. They pull car from parking lot and have it ready to go when you arrive.

Easy in and out, convenient and reasonable price with covered roofs. New management a couple of weeks ago, I don't know if they keep the same procedures or not.

First time users who encountered excellent service from start to finish: easy call to set-up days needed; going to airport, was in an older van; coming from the airport, in a brand new vehicle; Courteous drivers both ways.
