The Family Dollar has become the go-to convenient store for many years now with its sprawling expansion banking on consumer demands for cheaply-made, low-cost products. They do have eggs, milk, ice cream etc but "tax" it meaning it will cost nearly $4 for a gallon of milk and swisher sweets will cost nearly $2 a piece. Albertsons and Walmart both are much more reasonably priced on "cold items." Where the Family Dollar shines is on quick pick "sugar" items. If you have the munchies then you'll really find the deals. This is no bueno as nothing healthy or of high quality actually exists in the entire store that's meant for human use/consumption. If you don't like this company or specific store then go shop somewhere else. I don't necessarily enjoy this money grabbing place but it isn't going anywhere and has shown itself useful from time-to-time.

I did not catch the name of the employee that rung up my purchases but he was friendly and extra helpful. He saw me on my phone and asked if I was trying to figure out the store's app and told me about the current deals. He made conversation and even showed me a couple of things about the app that were either new or I hadn't noticed before. I haven't been shopping there lately because I moved closer to a large grocery store but after this visit I will definitely go more often. I appreciate that the employee understood the app and cared if I got a good deal.

By far the most unorganized and dirty store in town store manager gives attitude to customers constantly employees talk about customers and laugh at them not a very professional place also we found expired doughnuts on the shelf. If you like family dollar and great customer service I recommend both of the other locations this one is sadly a joke I believe the store manager Frankie...? Needs to be replaced.
