I love my doctor she knows what she is doing and gives no bull shitHowever, the office staff is fucking retarded. I have tried scheduling certain labs and they can never get it right. Even after calling and confirming several times. I drive down there to find out that they messed up. And it doesnt happen every now and then. It's been literally Everytime. If you schedule alot of appt. And shots and other labs. Here probably wouldn't be able to handle it.

Made my daughter an appointment over the phone. When we got there for her appointment the receptionist called someone in the back and then told us that we would have to reschedule her appointment because she was a new patient. We have been going to this same office for over 8 years, but her other doctor left and now we are considered new patients again. I asked why they let me schedule an appointment for her and the girl just keep saying "again you called the call center and they don't know the rules". First, how am I supposed to know I'm talking to a call center? Second, why don't they let the call center know the rules or don't have a call center? So we left without anything for my sick daughter.

Made an appointment for my daughter with Dr. Cuellar for May 11, but when we showed up we were told that the doctor was not seeing new patients until October. I had made clear on the phone that my daughter would being see the doctor for the first time, but apparently the doctor was too busy to see her. Probably had too go to lunch or something - it was almost noon. Of course my time and my daughters was nothing to her. The woman at the front desk said she had called by wife's phone this morning to cancel, but there was no message or missed call on my wife's phone. Making an appointment with these folks is a real crap shoot. They will make an appointment and then cancel with no notice whatsoever.

Is this a joke? Late April fool's day that never stops? Why the fuck do I have to go through 4 different buildings to STILL not get sent to the right place? Finally get desperate enough that I go into the Emergency section (billing is faster than light) for an ulcer and anemia, get too much blood drawn (no joke, they had to draw MORE blood to determine I was anemic that was about the time I started going into shock, fell over and passed out) and I'm provided with a prescription that has contraindications for ulcers. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE!?Reception was uniformly fat, lazy and rude and had no idea what a gastroenterologist was. I had to ask for a stomach doctor. WTF. WTF?!

I made an appointment online. It did not indicate that I needed to be there half an hour early. I confirmed the appointment from the email sent to me by Mountain View Associates for 11:15. I arrive at 11:15 and call the office to let them know I am in my car. I was placed on hold for 20 minutes and then told that I needed to reschedule because I was late.

Staff is rude. Uncooperative, would not work with me. Had to wait for two weeks to get an appointment. When I arrived I was told that was late and would not be seen, but I was 15 minutes early. I was told that since I was a new patient that I had to arrive 30 minutes early. I've been a patient there for at least 6 years, but had not been there for a while. I understand why they would see me as a new patient but I was never told I had to arrive 30 min early. What happened to customer service?
