They have always been helpful and extremely knowledgeable about equipment and they do get busy and can at times be overwhelmed, due to short staffed or even high volume of repairs. Despite that, their prices are some of the best in town! Is my go to store anything Pool related. These guys are experts all around.

My pool pump went out and I purchased a new pump form them. When I was installing it I broke a screw. I went to them for a new screw and they didn't have one. Guess what the fabricated a new one for me. Thanks. I went to two other pool stores to find one and the told me to purchase another system. FM gave a new screw to me for free. Thanks!

FM pools has great customer service, the employees are always helpful every time I'm there. They are very knowledgeable and always make sure I'm getting the right things to keep my pool looking good. They also offer pool service that was decent but I found a cheaper company to handle that for now. But all in all I would recommend FM Pools if you own a pool and want some professional service.

I called them a week and a half ago to fix a leaking pump. They said they would be out Monday. I told them to call before they came out for we have 4 dogs here now due to Covid for I would need a moment to put the dogs in the house and unlock the gate. This way the dogs and F&M would be safe, and there would be no in person contact. Monday came and went and they did not show. I called the next morning and they said they would contact the repair person and call me right back. No one called that whole day. Now it's Thursday, I called F&M again, a new person answered the phone. He said their was someone knocking at our door at 9 yesterday and no one answered. That was a lie, for even if a person stepped on the property the dogs barking would have informed us immediately! There was no barking and the 4 adults sitting right next to the front door did not hear anything either. I explained it to him again that the repair person could have just called us, for their was a huge sign on the front door: "PLEASE CALL THIS NUMBER: XXX-XXX-XXXX before you enter, Thank you!" This sign was put up due to Covid and the letters are 3 inches high! This proves they were not here! It's bad enough they kept us waiting for over 2 weeks in total, but the lying about the incident is inexcusable. On the phone today they just said it would be very hard to reschedule and by the way they don't fix leaking pool motors (when they said they did in my first phone call to them)! I can understand Covid, I can understand waiting and personal problems, I can't understand lying or a lack of respect for customers time, or treating women callers so disrespectfully! DO NOT USE!
