The eye doctor was fine, but the office manager was a nightmare.First, she refused to give me a discount on a set of eyeglass frames that had a large scratch on the bridge. Fair enough, I figured she was just a tough negotiator. Good for her. I left, but couldn't stop thinking about the frames, so I went back the next day to buy them scratched bridge and all. I asked if they accepted VSP insurance -- she said yes. I grabbed the frames, went to pay, but she refused to sell them to me unless I also got the lenses with the frames. I explained that I lived in LA and that all I wanted was the frame, that I would take care of the lenses when I returned to LA. She told me she could only sell me the frames with my insurance discount if they came with lenses, otherwise the frames could not leave the store. I explained my situation again, she refused to budge, so I left (again) -- empty-handed and pissed. I swear, it's like she was trying as hard as possible to NOT sell me anything. Amateurs. Serves me right for trying to buy glasses in a mall.

I went to get an eye exam from Eyecare Plus. Very polite staff and very professional Dr. If you want good quality non discontinued frames this is the place to go. Eye exam reasonably priced.They don't play those free eye exam games. EVEN those eye exams are not free.

Came to this place after trying to find a specific pair of safety glasses, this place was a authorized dealer. Walked into the store receptionist was friendly and asked how she can help, I told her I needed safety glasses, she looked at me puzzled and a man from the other side of the office stood up and said "Those are the only safety glasses were going to have over there" he seemed super rude and annoyed that we even asked, I went to go look and sure enough it was the brand I was looking for but not style. So I asked him if they can order any other styles and again very rude "sorry that's all we're going to have." They really shouldn't have people like that in the showroom, he seemed very impatient and uninterested in us. We just left will never go back.

I had a great experience at Eyecare Plus. The staff and dr were very professional and courteous! The dr found a serious medical problem that other optometrists never found. I'm definitely going back!

Annoyed!! went in to get my sons glasses fixed; a screw fell out. The receptionist told me to sign so that the lady of "there" will help me as soon as she is done with the current customers, so I signed in. Two young men came in and I was sitting in the waiting area. The lady finished with her current customers and went directly to the 2 men, completely ignoring me. Once she was done with the 2 gentlemen she didn't bother to look at the sign in sheet she continued to ignore me so I got up walked to her handed her the glasses and asked if she can fix them, since I did purchase them there. She looked at them and said "No" I said seriously it's a screw? She replied no but the other person can...who's the other person? Oh he'll be here tomorrow come back to tomorrow, uh no I'm not ever coming back!! Very unprofessional and rude!! Very disappointed.

The worst customer services I have ever experienced and I did not even walk into the store. I originally called this store to see if they carried a specific brand when the manager answered and ask "what do you want?", no hello, or how can I help you. I asked who am I speaking with? and he replied by saying "my name is my name, what do you need?" I asked to be given a number for his supervisor and he just hung up.
