The service is not the best and they do not abide by their appointments. It took me more than 2 hours just to get seen with an appointment. I would not even give them any stars for the amount of time taken and being unmindful of peoples time and appointments.

I took my daughters here for an exam, not knowing that when I decided later that I needed to bring one of them in for a emergency pair of glasses.Never ever again will come back to your place of business, for your company to take advantage of people who are disabled and have low income and ask them to pay an additional $30 that I did not have in order to place an order when my insurance covers the glasses. Y'all can make up fees for whatever you want but I highly suggest you advertise we still charge you regardless if what your insurance covers. If I had the time I would have not placed a order with you and went somewhere else. I even asked to pay the $30 at pick up and she said no. Asked me to leave a deposit of $10 so I did. My point is to make your customers aware you have this policy don't waste my time or someone else not everyone can afford that $30.00 you are charging. To me this is taking advantage of the low income community, you should rethink this the next time you want to ask a single mom with an illness and no real income to pay $30 for her daughters glasses after her insurance covered the frames and plastic lense of $150.00. I will be cancelling my daughters next exams and finding another place to take them.

This place was great. They worked clisely to fulfill my request. I plan to go back. I highly recommend.
