Extreme Towing

I was just in an accident this morning. My insurance company uses a dispatch service who notified me that Extreme was on their way within 45 minutesI called Extreme after an hour at which time I was told it would be another 20After THOSE 20 I called back and was told it would be 15After THOSE 15 I called back at which time the driver called me to inform me that it would be another 15I canceled with him, then I received a call from Extreme asking if I had canceled and I said yes. I told her I'd been waiting almost 2 hours by this point, she said "I'm just calling to confirm you canceled." Yes I did. "Ok thank you."2 hours with no contact from ANYONE from Extreme until I called FOUR times. Took me four hours from the time of the accident to get taken home by a professional towing company, InterstateDon't take dispatches you can't handle and have some fuckin respect and consideration for other people. Cuz I just wanted to go home after the accident and ya'll couldn't get that doneI just wanted to go homeIf anyone reading this has any doubts I'd suggest you check out their reviews on Google, as well

Literally would give zero stars! Chevy booked them to come Saturday at 6 pm, never showed up. I called multiple times and they would say they would be there in a few minutes. I cancelled at 8:30 pm. Then Today, Monday, they were supposed to be at my house at 6:30 am, at 6:45 they were not there so I cancelled. I had AD Towing come grab my car, they were there in 15 minutes. Now at 9:20 am, Extreme calls asking if we were at the car. Obviously they don't communicate. Literally the worst towing experience I have ever had. Don't waste your time and just call AD. Never been more livid with a company in my life

Don't even bother with this towing service. They don't accept anything but cash and overcharge. They don't notify customers of the cash only option until your vehicle is at its destination and ready to be dropped off. Then if you can't come up with the cash they charge you for a second Towing and take the vehicle to their storage facility and charge you storage.

Horrible customer service , made me wait hours to get my car back and were rude to my dad trying to help. I asked on the phone how much and when I arrived they gave me an even higher price.

Most unprofessional company I've had to deal with. My co-worker and I were at work when this company was called to tow our vehicles. After they were told we were allowed to be there and showed them our parking passes, they still insisted on charging a drop fee even though MY vehicle wasn't even hooked up. My boss, being the nice guy that he is, paid for the drop fee so we could get back to work. Most unethical towing company around. Beware!!!

Do not waste your time calling these irresponsible and unprofessional people. The only thing EXTREME about them is their EXTREME LACK of professionalism, competence and accountability. No idea how they are still operating as a business. They do nothing but waste peoples time and lack the decency and courtesy to call customers to tell them they are not going to show. Really a shame. The only reason they get 1 star is because you arw forced to select one. Should be zero.

No lie. Called for a tow service and was told 45 minutes. TWO HOURS LATER I had to call back because they never showed up! I was very polite but the guy who answered hung up on me when I was asking about an updated ETA. I called again and was sent to voicemail. I left a message asking about an update and was not called back.I ended up calling another tow company to come for me. Extreme Towing is apparently not reliable! I will never call them again and I do not recommend their "service", or lack thereof!Oh, this is my first time doing a negative yelp review. I'm that upset over this.

worst service ever. hit my car while towing. didn't want to pay for damage. call AD wrecker or a tow company that has been around for years, not this by night company

This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. I wish there was an option for 0 stars because that's what the establishment is. Rude people. Tried kicking my stepson who is a minor off the premises because he wasn't the one driving the car. They up charged and don't take any major credit card. Only cash app or Zelle or cash! They need to be investigated.

I have road side assistance and unfortunately they chose this company to come pick up my vehicle that never showed up. He called me once and he said it will be two hours and after 4 hours and calling him he claimed I never picked up my phone. I was inconvenienced with not going to work due to not having vehicle and this P.O.S never owned up to it. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!
