Extreme Recovery & Towing

i am on a very dangerous place on the side of the side of the freeway for over 2 hours and am still waiting. I have called numerous times and they keep promising to come right away.

Very rude owner. I twisted my ankle walking through uneven gravel on a pipe sticking out of the ground. to his shack of and office. When I told him I was hurt he started screaming at me to call an ambulance is I was injured. I said no I will go to my own doctor. He continued to scream at me to call an ambulance. I finally had to tell him I know my rights and I can choose what medical care I get. He still yelled at me mocking me for limping as my son and I walked out of the office.

Called for a tow and the driver arrived in about 30 minutes. Once we arrived at my location the driver helped me by pushing my truck so it was out of the roadway and in good position. Didtn have o help but took the time to do so. Pricing was excellent as well.

My car broke down so I called my insurance to get a tow for me and they unfortunately worked with this crappy company. They told my insurance they couldn't get to my car due to construction being in the way. And that they couldn't reach my car. How in the world did I end up there then if there's construction in the way?? They were just lazy and didn't want to pick up my car so late. You should just shut down your company and stop taking money from the insurance.
