Started out great Jeff the owner came out gave us a monthly quote for weed service. Owner does need to update services they have listed they do not do yard maintenance at all even though it is listed as a service offered. Anyways Jeff was here quoted us 45$ weed killer application for our side yard and back yard which is all rockscape except some weed patches and sprouts of grass and a pond. We were clear we would take care of the pond and front lawn ourselves. Jeff was great explained everything to us even made arrangements for a 1/2 ton of river rock for around our pond. Jeff himself came to do the first weed treatment 5 days later due to alot of rain it took him a few days to get to us which was August 15th Jeff came did a great job told us he would be in contact for the rock delivery. September rolls around it get to be the 20th and no Jeff or anyone else from extreme has shown up either nor did I get the 1/2 ton of rock we ordered so I contacted him through the client portal to request service I never heard from them, I then started to call and leaves messages no return calls at all left at least 4 messages over a two week time frame. In the beginning of October Jeff's phone stopped taking voicemails because it was full. Last week on Oct 19th I hired another company CN Landscaping (Creating Nature) and I decided to call Jeff one last time just too make sure they knew I would no longer be needing their services and someone actually answered the phone and I explained why I was calling and why I would not be using them again and all the women had to say was well the owner wont like this its not how he does business. Not a apology or even a alternative of any kind.

My husband had them come out on a Thursday afternoon to assess some work needed on our backyard. My husband has experience with design and had a layout of what we wanted. We were told we would have an estimate by the weekend. Weekend and following week comes and goes. Finally after 1.5 weeks, company tells him, "We're busy and decided not to take in our project". It's the peak time of year for work to be done so we were really counting on having a timely answer. We've contacted a few other companies and they got us a quote before leaving our property. How lazy can you be to not even tell homeowners you will not take on their project? Would not recommend, don't let them waste your time.

Booked an appointment for Extreme Landscapers to come do an estimate the following day. They were a "no show"-- no phone call or any follow up whatsoever. Poor way to do business. Would not recommend this company.
