I've always been wary of ordering from unknown out of state merchants, because if the purchase is unsatisfactory, and emails and phone calls don't fix things, I'm not going to hop on a plane from California to take care of the problem in person. But I was 100% pleased with my experience with Expressions of Love and the arrangement I ordered for a cousin's funeral service.I could tell Ashley knew her business from beginning to end. She paid close attention to my description of the arrangement that I wanted for my cousin, who had served his entire life in the military and law enforcement, receiving special awards and honors for his service. She then made suggestions that enhanced what I had visualized and said she would send me pictures of the finished product (I was unable to attend the services). When I saw the pictures she sent, I was impressed! The service was also live-streamed and when I saw the arrangement, it was larger than I expected. The prices for the flowers and the delivery fees were very reasonable and I highly recommended Ashley's floral shop!

I ordered flowers for Mother's day two days before delivery and am 100% satisfied from start to finish. Ashley, who took my order over the phone, was pleasant, professional and efficient. The flowers were delivered early morning and my mom commented on how friendly the delivery driver was. Lastly, the flowers were beautiful! Great price point and conveniently located. I will definitely order from them again-thank you, Expressions of Love team!

I called Expressions of Love Flowers & Gifts 4 minutes before they closed (since I was calling from a different time zone) and although they were about to close Ashley was so professional and took the time I needed to explain to her what kind of flowers I needed even though it was past closing. She truly cares for her customers needs and made me feel like she truly wanted my business. The order arrived as she stated and even text me a photo of the flower arrangement so I can see exactly what I ordered. The arrangement was beautiful and elegant and recommend anyone ordering flowers from out of state to order from them. You will have piece of mind knowing you pay for what you order and arriving at the time they state. I asked her to sign my name and our dogs name by drawing a paw and also followed the instructions (silly as that sounds). Thank you once again!

My family has used this florist for funeral arrangements only, please bear that in mind. The flowers that Expressions of Love provides for a funeral arrangement on a modest budget are nothing short of astounding. We only ever call them up, provide them with the details, ask for specific flowers (like adding the birth flower of the deceased to the arrangement or asking for a few pink flowers for the funeral for a baby girl), give them the price range, and the very nice lady that answers always says she'll take good care of us, and she always does. These flowers have dwarfed others at the service in their beauty and size. They are always there on time (at least, when the funeral home gives them the right time).I would HIGHLY recommend this florist for a funeral, wedding, or other special event. Honestly? We'll never look for anyone else again. Perfection.Thank you, Expressions of Love, for always having our backs in a very tough time.

I live in California and wanted to get flowers delivered to my Aunt in El Paso who just had surgery. Instead of using a national flower service who contracts with local florists to order flowers, I thought going direct would be better to support local businesses. Their website was helpful with sample arrangements to pick out flowers. While you cannot order flowers automatically online on their website, calling Expressions of Love was just as easy. I was able to text the owner my message in Spanish and she sent photos of the arrangement. Since El Paso was over 105 degrees that day, she advised she doesn't leave arrangements at the door and requires someone to receive the flowers on very hot days. What great customer service! I will be using Expressions of Love for all my florist needs in El Paso.

Service was excellent, especially true because we called the Saturday afternoon to order an arrangement be delivered the next day for Mother's Day. We were told they had limited inventory of flowers but would deliver something cheery. Mom was very happy. Thank you

Called from California asking for flower arrangement to be delivered to a good friend in El Paso. I was provided all the best options including other florist that were closer to my friends home to eliminate the delivery charge. They truly took my best interest at heart, so it was my pleasure to pay extra just for the opportunity to do business with them. End result was a beautiful arrangement at a competitive price, designed tastefully by outstanding people. This was well worth every dollar spent. Can't say enough good things about them. Fabulous arrangement prepared for the birth of my grandson. Called early afternoon and the owner delivered herself.. now that is great customer service...
