This is the least responsive agent I have ever encountered! Humberto was to handle a real estate transaction between family which should have been more process management than anything...the deal missed closing date, TWICE, because he couldn't get the details of the sale done on time. In the 2.5 months working with him, Humberto would go weeks at a time without calling to update us on the status even when the contract was about to fall apart! I was left hounding him to get extensions of communication most of the time. Never even a call or anything when the deal fell through completely, just never heard from him again and the contract expired...Wish I could give zero stars.
