This place has really gone downhill and they do not have an organized system to handle busy holidays.Placed an order on April 29th for May 6th, received email confirmation. Yay! Mother's Day taken care of.May 6th comes around and she hasn't received her delivery. I wait until after 12pm on the 7th to call and ask for information about my order. I was immediately instructed that they are too busy and to call back later. I had to insist that the gentleman look up my order and explain.Apparently they had trouble with the card information and said they called and texted me. I did not get any voicemail or texts from them. I verified via my confirmation email that all contact information was correct.They canceled my order for Mother's Day and guess what? Its too late to do anything else for her as we live in Houston.I will not use Executive Flowers again.

First of all, I just want to say that it is HARD to plan a wedding in El Paso if you are not from there!! There is very little online as the town still runs by word of mouth... so this is my part to help anyone who may try to do what I did...BUT... Jose Luis is the main florist at this business... AND HE IS WONDERFUL!!!!! I picked his location on a whim - I liked his website. When I called him up, he was actually booked up doing a quincenera (the Mexican version of a sweet 16 but at 15) but he made time for me which I really appreciated! I have to say, I was completely unprepared for our meeting - I didn't know what flowers I wanted, I didn't know how much flowers i wanted, and I didn't have a budget. All I knew was that I wanted to make my own centerpieces and that my bouquet needed to be blue. Jose Luis was so patient with me, showed me some pictures and described some of his ideas with me. In the end, I was so impressed with his descriptions and creativity, I told him to make my bouquet however he wanted. AND I DO NOT REGRET IT AT ALL!!! I even ended up asking him to do my centerpieces... I emailed him my idea about having submerged flowers. I showed up into town a few weeks later and he had a mock setup for me. I only had one suggestion to change what he had created for me! He understood exactly the feeling I was looking for and they came out beautifully. Best of all, all my flowers came in way what most planners estimated!!!Jose Luis is GREAT!! He's great, professional, and completely trustworthy!!

My husband ordered flowers for Valentine's Day through Executive Flowers and we both were very disappointed. The flowers I got were a joke.. They started drying the day I got them and 3 days later I could toss them in the trash... What a shame for 55$....

I ordered flowers through From You Flowers online and unfortunately they used Executive Flowers. The order went in on 12/29/23 for 12/30/23. I just received them today, 01/03/24 at 2:50 p.m. I contacted From You Flowers and they tried to call the florist on 12/30/23 but the line continuously rang busy. There is no service from that florist. The arrangement is okay, lots of foliage with flowers stuck in all together, not very artistic or appealing. From you Flowers wouldn't tell me what florist they were using so I didn't know until the flowers arrived who the florist was, but they had the audacity to stick their card on it. Thanks for that--now I know who NOT to call for flowers. Fortunately From You Flowers gave me a discount for this mess.

Worst florist! They delivered the same plant that they delivered three months earlier. I said I wasn't interested in the same plant. They brought a succulent instead that had the $20 price tag from Home Depotstill attached. The person who ordered the plant had paid over $100. What a scam! I went to the store to see what else they had available. I am surprised they are still in business. Flower refrigerator was empty. A handful of sad plants which they replenish as needed from Home Depot.
