You know what...we are all adults here. Me and my fiancé came here because honestly we were curious about going to an Adult theater. We been here before earlier in the year to get some toys so we were already familiar with the store and we enjoyed our shopping trip here last time so it was a no brainer coming back here. The ladies working the front desk were very friendly and non judgmental when explaining how the arcade portion goes. As a woman, ladies you will want to have someone escort you in here just for your saftey. Many places when I was in Houston required women to be escorted for their safety and I suggest you do that as well. It cost $7 for us to go back there. Exact change only. You insert your money into the machine which unlocks the theater door and off you go. We spend a good half hour in there and crossed that off our bucket list. No photos were taken during this visit. Why? Because privacy and also we are adults...we know whats being sold here and we know what happens in theaters. The theater was very clean and very sterile by the way. I didn't feel gross sitting in the recliner chair which is very comfortable. It smelt like a hospital in a good way. No one bothered us while we were in there and everyone kept to themselves and did their own little things. Will defiantly come back here again.

I have been shopping at this store for nearly 2.5 years. Since I've started going the layout and overall vibe of the store has gone from terrible to outstanding. The variety of products that they now offer is tremendous. The pleasure products section has grown.There is no shortage of "House hold name" brands such as Adam and Eve, Evolved, and Screaming O among others.Everything is sectioned succinctly and neatly.If you want lubes, lingerie, crops and floggers this place has a little something for everyone. The staff genuinely cares about your purchase and isn't pushing products that are not meeting your NEEDS. I didn't catch the name of the Gentleman that helped me but I do remember him saying, "I have bad sex so my customers don't have to." I personally thought the statement was hysterical but it made feel a lot better about my purchase. If you are looking for a relaxing environment and caring sales people please visit Eros, your sex life will thank you.

I'm a relative newbie to the adult store setting and I am always nervous to go in store but I don't know enough to shop online. After reading reviews, I decided to come here to purchase a few things. What I loved about this place is that the girl who was working was so nice! She made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable about the products in the store. Overall, great experience and the store is very clean!

The lady who helped me and my husband was a big help and suggested great products it can become expensive but the store is very clean, make you feel comfortable and feel respected doesn't judge you at all and if you have any questions they will help you they will even show you a product out of the package and how it functions to make sure it's what you really want I would definitely recommend going here they have a big variety for everyone.

Easy to get to this store from where i reside, have been to store before and found it to be worth to me, would like to visit store again to buy item i am searching for, just hope that i can find the item here, plan to visit soon to search for item, if so just hope to get a deal, last time that i visited this store the service was great and enjoyed the visit.

I'm a long time "loyal" customer of Ero's (4812) and the store out East near Fiesta.. love both stores and specifically the theaters in general. My only issue with the store on 4812 Montana is the manager (Jamie) they have running the store. She is not a people-person by any measure; and, she should not be interacting with customers looking to purchase items/toy's from the store. She is "NOT" customer friendly, she demonstrates absolute zero (0) interest in helping customers look for items, toys, lingerie, etc. I was looking for a specific item/toy, and I made the mistake of asking her for assistance. She was rude, uninterested, cold, and simply pointed in the direction of the wall the item was located at. I couldn't even find what I was looking for, and I had to press her for the specific location. She was not nice to me, very uninterested, cold, and callous. She "cannot" be good for business with respect to sales. If she acted like that with me; I have no doubt she acts like that with most (if not all) other customers. She's absolutely horrible, and I hate going into the store when she's working.======================================================================================================On the other hand; Maria is the best employee the owners have on payroll. She it always friendly, has a sweet bubbly personality, displays personal interest in customers when they are in the store shopping. She has helped me on several occasions when I was looking at various items in the store. Maria has a super friendly personality, positive attitude, professional demeanor, and is a pleasure to talk and interact with when I'm in the store. In my personal and professional opinion (I'm a small business owner); Maria should be the store manager hands down. I guarantee is she was the store manager, sales would be significantly improved compared to the current store manager. Maria is polished, professional, and pleasurable to interact with hands down.Jamis is very unprofessional, detached, cold, and rude. She is totally uninterested in sales. I think she could care less if customers buy anything; or not. Her behavior and conduct is self evident to anyone that steps foot in that store. She needs to go.!
